Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a lap tray from Wigley DIY to replace one that I dropped and broke. The item that was sent to me was small instead of large, so I emailed Wigley DIY to query. They apologised and confirmed that the one that had been sent was the correct item, but the description on the website was wrong. As this was their mistake, they sent out the last large tray that they had at no extra cost and they let me keep the small tray as a goodwill gesture. I am a very happy customer and have no hesitation in recommending Wigley's DIY. I would certainly use them again.

Fantastic Customer Service
I've used Wigley's twice in the last year to buy replacement tap cartridges that no one else seemed able or willing to supply. The staff at Wigley's went out of their way to help me by tracking down the parts and keeping me informed of progress by returning calls and phoning when they said they would. As my total spend was less than £20 I thought this was very impressive.

Thank you for the quick delivery
I simply needed to put up a few shelves and was missing some wall brackets, ordered a few from the website and was happy to find them on my front door carpet in less than two days.
