My hair journey has been unexpectedly challenging. Earlier this year, my beautiful natural red hair, which had finally grown back after menopause, was tragically thinned due to drug-induced alopecia caused by an antibiotic. This experience was incredibly traumatic—it caused headaches, and I could feel every hair falling out. To go through hair loss again, and in such a challenging way, was devastating.

I am now on the other side of this journey with hair beginning to grow back. It is going to take some time for my hair to get back to how it looked in March.

Purchasing my new wig is going to give me the opportunity to feel like I have long hair while I’m waiting for my bio hair to grow. I was also encouraged by a hairdresser to purchase a wig to give my bio hair a break.

I received my wig this week and was completely overwhelmed by its quality. It is absolutely beautiful right out of the box—you truly are creating a superior product.

He went above and beyond by sending me links to different product numbers and color options, ensuring I would be happy. I am beyond impressed with this beautiful human hair wig from WigShe-WigShe054. The quality is outstanding. The hair is so soft, has gorgeous movement, and the hairline looks incredibly natural. What stood out most to me was how truly customized this piece was to my needs.

The color turned out exactly how I envisioned, and the fit is perfect. I’m on the larger side when it comes to circumference, and often regular caps don’t fit me comfortably. WigShe went above and beyond to create a cap size that feels completely comfortable and secure. Their ability to customize, really listen to my needs, and deliver such high-quality craftsmanship is remarkable.

This wig has quickly become my absolute favorite. I receive so many compliments whenever I wear her. She is absolutely perfect!

My new wig arrived beautifully packaged and with a satin travel bag and grip velvet headband included. The color is just as pictured, and great quality. I did cut bangs to better suit my face, but love how lightweight and comfortable this wig is for all day wear. Definitely better than expected!

The wig is beautiful! Customer service was excellent and responsive, and they made sure I was totally satisfied with all of my options before wig production began. I was told up to 50 days for production but it was done sooner and once it shipped, I received it quickly within several days. The quality is amazing and I honestly couldn’t be happier. They definitely know how to do wigs, and I will definitely buy again!

I recently purchased a wig from Wigshe Hair site and unfortunately, I'm quite disappointed with the quality and color. While the product photos looked promising, what arrived was far from what I expected.
The hair color was more a dark brown not Chesnut which I ordered, the wefts were noticeably thin, leading to sparse areas and making it difficult to style without revealing the cap underneath. The hairline is off I cannot freepart this. Short hairs are also sparsely around the top
The cap construction was also poor, feeling flimsy and ill-fitting. Despite trying to adjust it, it never sat comfortably or securely on my head. Overall, this wig felt cheaply made and certainly wasn't worth the price. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for something that looks natural or will last. Hard time to refund, I got 60$ for a $700 wig, which I wont be able to wear ! Beware, what you see from influencers is not what you get !

I have full alopecia totalis and purchased my wig in July 2024 with another enroute.
I have NEVER bought a wig for this price and quality anywhere else - and gosh I think I've tried them all!!
Understanding how to properly look after a human hair wig is essential - they are thirsty little buggers and so top quality shampoo/conditioners and treatments have meant that I have worn the same wig almost every single day (with the exception of the odd weekend day) to the gym, to the beach, on holiday, shopping, everywhere - and it is still a wonderful wig. The hair itself was smooth, glossy and just beautiful. One trick I do have is after the first wash I didn't keep straightening it - I let is dry naturally with a wave and left it that way - I'm sure this extended the life. Good luck to my bald gals out there - the company is amazing to deal with and I hope to find what you love!!

I received a wig that was not well made, short return hairs that stood up, odd short piece on the front, sent pictures went to and fro. They 100% did not want to allow return & would not give a return address. Told me to hairdresser it to make it look right telling me to wash it, oil it, straighten it etc etc. I'm not a new wig wearer have brought many wigs and this was definitely to worst made wig I have ever received.

I would leave zero if possible. I purchased wig which I did not like and wanted to return. I contacted them immediately after opening wig box and sent pictures as required. They will not provide me with a return address and have given me the run around. They asked I take wig to salon to have color changed so I would keep wig. DO NOT BUY FROM WIGSHE

Disappointing Experience with Wigshe Wig

I ordered a wig from Wigshe with confidence, thanks to their PayPal payment option and their stated return policy. However, my experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

It took over 6 weeks to receive the wig, and when it finally arrived, it did not fit properly. Following their return policy, I notified them and sent photos for approval to return the item. It took several days to get a response, during which they kept sending emails trying to persuade me to keep the wig.

Once they approved the return, I had to repeatedly ask for the return address. Eventually, they sent instructions to pay $50 for a shipping label, which they claimed was to be sent to California. I paid, and the label was provided. After they received the return shipment, I contacted them again to inquire about my $1,400 refund. I was told that the refund could only be issued once the wig was received in China, and there was no estimate on how long it would sit in California or how long the process would take.

I filed a dispute with PayPal, which Wigshe asked me to cancel in exchange for a promised refund, lie! Unfortunately, PayPal closed the case in their favor after confirming original receipt of the shipment, and now I am unable to open any further claims or get in touch with them. Wigshe's emails have become unresponsive, and I still have not received my refund.

Overall, this has been a highly unsatisfactory experience. I would advise caution when dealing with Wigshe, as their customer service and refund process are extremely difficult to navigate and remember they are in China.

This company sends different quality wigs to their influencers or advertising associates.The wigs we receive, as common customers, are not of the same qualty.The color of the wig they sent me was not like the picture I ordered from. The cap is so small I have ever been able to wear it. I contacted them several times and they would not offer a refund with the return of the wig. I DO NOT recommend this wig site. Look at other sites where they will work with you if there is an issue.

I bought wig 087 in 120 density, 14" long, lightly bleached knots, and a large cap. I absolutely love it. My highlights are absolutely beautiful and the hair is great quality. I get tons of compliments and feel so much better about myself.

This will be a 2 part review. I rated it a 3 because if I had the choice, I would give them 2 different ratings- a negative 100 and a 5 star. Let me explain. The good will be before the bad.

5☆:I ordered my first wig from Wigshe last year on 11-25-24. I ordered one of the ones pictured, wig021. I loved it. I ordered a small cap, and it fit perfectly. The color was pretty and just as I expected. The length (18 inches) was perfect. I took it to a hair stylist to have it cut to what I wanted. To me, the quality is great. I've worn it just about every day since I got it- close to 7 months. I've washed and styled it several times with very minimal shedding. I absolutely loved it. I paid close to $700 for it. Because of the great experience I had, I decided to go all out, save up $1200.00, and purchase a completely customized, full-lace wig. HUGE MISTAKE.

-100☆: I ordered the customized, full-lace wig on 2-7-25. I sent in my measurements and a picture of what I wanted the color to look like. They state that the color would be at least 80% close to what is requested. Not only did I send a picture of the colors I wanted, but I also typed out each color. What they sent back regarding color was laughable.. but ok, I can have it fixed even though I had already spent close to $1200. I wish that the color was the only problem. However, it actually gets much worse. At the crown, there are a bunch of 2 inch long hairs that are very noticeable. They look like someone just snipped a whole group of hairs the length of the scissors. I was told that they are "returns" from when they made it.
The first wig didn't have them, but ok. Moving along. Y'all...the wig didn't even come down past the top/middle of my ears. I thought they made a mistake and accidentally sent me a topper. I emailed them immediately. One of the first responses I got back was, "if you sent the right measurements, the wig will fit". I measured my head exactly how they asked in the beginning when I first ordered it. Over the next 3 weeks, it was a nonstop, back and forth email exchange of them requesting my measurements several times, them being pretty rude, and not taking it seriously. They were making it very clear that I was the problem, not their experts. They weren't very nice about it at all. I sent them pictures multiple times showing the wig not fitting, and my head being measured WITH the measurements being visible. I had someone else help me with my measurements just in case it was me that was making a mistake. When that still wasn't good enough, I went and had my measurements done by a professional. The measurements were almost exact to what my measurements were... shocker, I know. I finally told them that the standard small cap they offer fits me pretty well with it being just a tiny bit roomy but perfect other than that. My head from front to back is a 12. They told me that their standard small cap size is a 13. There is absolutely no way that there is only an inch difference between what they sent me and their standard small size cap. It was more like 3-4 inches. I asked them to just make it as they would their small cap size. They finally agreed to fix it. I had to pay $30 to have it sent back. I then waited 6ish weeks for it to be completed again. Guess what... it still does not fit. It's still too small. I'm out almost $1200 because I can't wear it. I'm going to try and sell it for much less than I bought it for to try and get at least a little of my money back.

It really frustrates me because the first wig was dang near perfect. I have a small head, and I haven't been able to find a company who make caps that fit comfortably on my head. They are always way too big. I was so excited to have found a company that was budget friendly (still expensive, but a lot cheaper than the others) and would fit me. I'm now at a crossroad. Do I order one of their standard wigs because I know that I'll love it, or do I just keep searching for another company, wasting hundreds of dollars until I hopefully find one that will work? I honestly don't want to give them any more of my money.. I really wish I could post pictures here.

If you're thinking about buying from Wigshe, I would stay away from the fully customizable option.

The company is charging me a restocking fee for an item I haven’t received and have already canceled way in advance. This is not how a reputable company with integrity operates. I would have gladly paid the 10% if I had the item and had to ship it back as a return that would make sense. But to charge me for something I canceled in advance is absurd. They would rather have a negative review than do the right thing. Very upsetting and unacceptable! I do not recommend!!!

Nothing like photos they are scammers will keep charging you more and more fees if you want to return you’ll never get your money back threatened if I didn’t pay extra 59$ for shipping through “their carrier” my package would get lost at customs and I won’t even receive my refund minus the already huge 10% restocking fee they are crooks

I’m absolutely beside myself with the experience I’ve had with WigShe. I spent nearly $800 on a human hair wig and received a unit that was not only cut completely unevenly, but also not the correct length I paid for. The quality of the cut was shockingly bad and clearly not something that should have passed any sort of quality control.

When I reached out, they offered me only $20 as compensation for the poor cut—which is insulting given the cost of the wig. Since then, they’ve asked me to send multiple photos (I’ve already sent four) measuring the wig, and are still asking for more clarification. I’ve owned over 10 human hair wigs, all 20 inches, and never experienced this kind of issue or hassle.

I’m a professional hairstylist and also live with alopecia—I don’t take these purchases lightly. This has been an exhausting and incredibly disappointing process. I would not recommend WigShe to anyone looking for a high-quality wig or decent customer service.

I love this wig and so does my granddaughter. It looks so natural and normal. It feels great to the touch.

This is the best wig they customized the color. I cut bangs in it. No one knows its a wig. So natural looking.
