If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this company. Their customer service is horrific. I reached out to them because I received the wrong topper and the halo what a defect and was sparse. The reply I received was I was accused of dying one, wearing them and taking the tags off. They both had no tags and neither were dyed nor worn. If I was going to dye one wouldn’t I dye both at the same time? I believe I was sent used returned items. I didn’t even receive an apology for receiving the wrong item. They both had emails I have receive have been extremely rude
