Dreadful company to work with......

I was a Wigwam franchisee and literally could not wait to get out of the agreement. We have, now, thank goodness
and what a relief, but are still finding bizarre latent bookings as they have taken our ££ despite requests to get us off their system months ago.
I cannot stress enough what a dreadful company they have been to work with. They have gaslighted, show poor communication, lies, accusations, not listening to the franchisee, KNOWING we were in England they in Scotland so legally it was a nightmare with solicitors, they were the big bully boys, me the poor humble franchisee, and the emails show their attitude to me.
The build quality is...OK....but not all its cracked up to be, shoddy workmanship and a list of things that would be considered 'our fault' making the product problems our cost was long.
Delivery? Free? A joke. Cost us almost £5k to get the Lodges sited so beware, potential buyers, of that free delivery to site, it means the Lodges are plonked down anywhere on your site, for us on our electric pitches. Once we'd paid that was it, we've never had a visit since. Always blame on us and no care ? Eg me to WigWam, 'my mum has terminal cancer apologies I was unable to personally be there/ fill in that form' you'd think some kindness might be in order but no.....there are no f***s left to give...'so when can you' . They literally don't care. It's all lovely as you are hooked in they were so attentive, but my goodness that changed.
Offering zoom calls just me, one female, with three male head honchos so they could 'explain it all to you' ie bully you into agreeing with them. The stress, anxiety and financial stress that dealing with WigWam has caused us has been simply ghastly.
If you are considering using a WigWam site for a holiday then do, just bear in mind that the individual sites have done the work, not WigWam, they just supply a pod and charge Franchisee's a lot for the privilege so please praise the site not WigWam and try and book independently so we owners don't get ripped off any more.
If you're considering partnering with them, our experience is, don't. Just don't. If you want to ask us more get in touch xx

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wigwam site.

We really enjoyed our stay here. everything was very clean and tidy and the hot tub was great. Customer service was brilliant as well because we ended up going to the wrong pod site and the woman on the phone corrected our mistake and helped us find the correct location.

Great customer service

Great customer service! Sent a message about an issue with booking a trip. Got an answer fast and as soon as I told them what the problem was, their technical team was on it and it was immediately fixed! They even compensated me for not being able to book the trip I wanted on time for the price I originally saw, which was a nice touch!

This has been my first trip with Wigwam …

This has been my first trip with Wigwam and I would like to express my gratitude in the way they have dealt with my situation. I had booked a flight and a few days before departure, I had a biking accident which resulted into a concussion. They have been amazing changing my flights. Very helpful. I am still traveling and will review my trip afterwards.
