DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!
My 90 year old mother was told she had to wait 2 hours for someone to test the battery which she had bought from them last year!
Absolutely disgusting. Just avoid it.

Recently put in a review regarding terrible service at Great Yarmouth store while trying to buy oil. Tried Lowestoft branch for some license plates. Wanted to purchase 3D plates only to be told they are illegal. According to the DVLA website they are LEGAL. I don't know where this company train their staff but they are all a bunch of idiots.

Found someone eventually asked about fitting front light bulb to Corsa , from re-action and comments “not cutting my hands “ no suprise he looked and said can’t do , you need garage to remove air filter ??? When to Cavopart great service young guy looked tightened what was a LOOSE BULB 💡 was back on road no charge ! How Wilco stay in business with this attitude and blatant dis- interest amazes me … won’t be back

I required 3 new wiper blades for my car.
I went to Wilco Motor Spares Bury St Edmunds, they not only had them all in stock, they fitted them while I waited.
The staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful, especially Jake, who fitted them.
The Price was also excellent. I highly recommend them.

Being an imported vehicle getting help finding suitable parts isn’t easy however I have to say that was the case until I visited the Wisbech team , completely different everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly and so helpful ( it’s a pleasure doing business )

I found the products I was looking for cheapest at Wilco, ordered with free delivery Thursday and to my surprise received on Saturday.

I was after a waterwasher top ,I put my reg in and it give me the one i needed, it came and it was nearly double the size i needed. I emailed them to tell them but after a week still not heard from them. Stay away from these as they take your money and run.

Just spoke to Matt (Not Will - sorry Will), who gave me great advice regarding my cam belt (Which turned out to be a cam chain). First class help and much appreciated. Thanks!

Aiden was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.
Later I had to return to the store because I was unable to fit the replacement wiper blade, he came out to the car, fitted it within seconds. Excellent customer service, will definitely use again.

Not very impresed with the packaging ! Ordered two cans of Waxoyl , one can had lid bent the other cans lid was in three pieces with the nozzle and extension tube missing ! Probably fallen out of the packaging as not completly sealed at bot ends ! 🙄 Just a thought but maybe a bit more care on the packaging and a different delivery company might help 🤔

Sent an email to their Norwich office in July and they did not have the courtesy to reply. POOR.

I would definitely recommend this Company if you're thinking of getting a tyre for your vehicle. I input my registration number and Matt Tugwell immediately came back with the tyre I needed. I ordered it there and then, it arrived the next day along a goodie bag of essential items. To say I was impressed was an understatement

I had to buy some wiper blades and had no clue what I was doing! I went to Wilco, Bury St Edmunds and they were fantastic. The two chaps behind the counter were friendly and helpful and then the younger one came out and fitted them for me. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

I have a limited edition paint colour on my Ford focus and needed a touch up pen to match, the guy in the Bury st Edmunds depot was absolutely faultless and made me one up straight away. Would definitely recommend 5☆☆☆☆☆

Found the Summit roof box on the website after a google search which showed them as the cheapest seller. I ordered the box 18/03/2024 as we were going away on the 25/03 and it said it could be delivered within 1-2 days. I hadn't had any notification of dispatch after a couple of days so I sent a message in Live Chat, within minutes I had a call to say there was an issue with the freight company and the box was due out that day. They apologised and said they meant to contact me first to notify me of the situation. The box arrived the next day and it was well packaged and every thing was there. It helped us when we went on holiday, so i have now saved the site and will happily use again in the future.

Easy website to navigate, competitive prices and VERY quick postage. I've also had reason to use their customer support and they are at the top of their game. The "ask a question" gets a timely response, which makes for a pleasant change when compared to the likes of Halfords. Speaking of which, this is an independent company, so whilst they may not be able to match Halfords for price, they can more than outcompete them with their level and attention to customer service, which must surely be applauded.
I would highly recommend them.

Cannot praise this company's customer care enough.my first order I placed with them arrived damaged. Broken parts were loose in package so I'm assuming damaged via royal mail. Within 1 hour of emailing the customer service department replied and resolved the issue more than satisfactorily. I have no reservations with highly recommending this company

Ordered an office chair yesterday - sitting on it today! Brilliant speedy delivery and it looks great.

Contacted Wilco for advice on buying a space saver wheel. Took the advice, ordered the part Saturday, delivered the following Tuesday. Good service, good product, good value.
