James has excellent knowledge of the local market and also the process of what it takes to get a property sold.

First there was an honest appraisal of our property, setting realistic expectations on price.

Then there was great communication over viewings and feedback.

And once an offer was secured - James was constantly in touch with both us and the buyer’s side - pushing both forward and keeping the communication going.

All achieved with good humour and a friendly manner.

In both cases he was exemplary, offering immediate and thorough service, problem-solving any tenant issues, finding extremely low quotes and utilizing his extensive network of tradesmen. Which bearing in my mind I was living abroad was an absolute godsend. When it came to selling my house, he again provided the best price, arranged multiple viewings and sold it quickly and for a good price - which considering the market, was another godsend.
