We had an excellent experience with James at Wild & Co. He was really knowledgeable about the area and his rates were the most competitive we found. He got the price of our flat exactly right for the market, arranged lots of viewings and was really good at negotiating with prospective buyers to get us the price we wanted. He also helped us move things along with our purchase in order to keep the chain together, which was much appreciated! I would highly recommend James and would definitely use Wild & Co. again.
