Ordered a pair of Fairfax in favour musk green boots which I couldn’t get anywhere else in my size. They were second when they come they were amazing. Couldn’t really notice the slight colour change in one of the boot. The service was grey ordered them on the Sunday got them on the Thursday would highly recommend.

This day and age with online shopping it's difficult to receive "customer service" especially an outstanding one that leaves you with a feeling that you must review a feedback! (Also interesting, companies these days bombard you with all sorts of surveys and feedback opportunities - whereas in this case, I've literally had to find out myself where to leave feedback. :))
I've not heard of Wild & Westbrooke before but I stumbled upon their website when looking for a Fairfax & Favor backpack in the sale.
I couldn't believe that I've managed to find one at the best price point in the sale and also that guaranteed and free next day delivery was offered too! I ordered it around noon on Thursday and the postie was knocking on my door around 8.30 am the next morning. Not to mention, the beautifully hand written thank you note! This little note has also made me look into the company more and it was lovely to see that it's a family run company and the owners take great pride in it. I cannot wait to visit the store when we're up in York in the future!

Brilliant company, dealt with them several times and Laura is always happy to help with nothing being to much trouble. Wild & Westbrooke offers a quick and fantastic service and would highly recommend.

Fantastic service! Came across the website when looking for a specific product, the website was so easy to navigate and delivery charge was reasonable also. Wild & Westbrooke were quick to get in touch when there was an error with the address and the parcel arrived within 24 hours of the order. Packaged beautifully with a lovely handwritten note. Little things like that make sure a huge difference to the customer experience. A company that I have not heard before, but is now top of the list when looking for countrywear. Hopefully when times allow a visit to the store in person is on the cards. Not one for writing reviews, but when fantastic service is provided it is well and truly deserved. The most amazing customer service I’ve ever received!

I don’t often write reviews because it isn’t often that places, particularly shops “wow” me enough to review it. But Wild and Westbrooke is an exception because they are such a wonderful shop. Run by a family who are genuine, friendly, knowledgable and offer the best customer service and the most beautiful products. Wish I could afford to buy even more!

Ordered a Holland cooper shirt and I had to exchange the size wild and Westbrook’s were extremely accommodating and made sure this was no issue even when my return could not be delivered it went to the post office they had no issue collecting highly recommended will definitely be shopping again Laura also responded to all my emails promptly with all my concerns

Great company, lovely brand choices and very helpful customer service

I was very pleased with the service I received from Wild and Westbrook. The product was excellent and the service, prompt and efficient. More than that, however, there was a personal note included in the parcel which added a 'thank you.' In these days when we deal so often with recorded messages and automated services, the additional human contact left a lasting impression. I would be more than happy to deal with Wild and Westbrook again should the occasion arise.
