Thieving b*stards

Ordered in June, in July I sent them an email and they replied saying that they were awaiting new material. End of August I received an email saying my order had shipped, never received it. Two days ago they announced they'd gone bust, it's obvious that they lied about shipping my order as when I checked the status of my order on the website it said it was still processing even though they'd sent me a shipping notification email.

Thieving rats

Took our money then went into administration. This wasn't an overnight decision, how are companies allowed to do this, still take orders knowing they are running the company down?

A message on the website saying they cannot refund any money. Hope they all rot.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy with this company, just take a look at their social media accounts - there are many complaints that packages aren't shipped and they are ignoring people's inquiries for refunds. I ordered something over a month ago and emailed 3 times with no response. If you have placed an order I suggest you call your bank or PayPal to dispute and get a refund. Will never order from here again.

Used to be great… now AVOID

Used to be great but now your order never turns up (currently waiting for an order from JUNE) and no one responds to emails. They keep releasing new stuff but never seem to fulfil orders! AVOID

Do not give this company your money

Made an order 3 weeks ago and received no information about when I will receive it. No responses to emails or posts on social media. Seems as if many people are having the same issue. Not sure if this is a legit company or they just take people’s money. No way of cancelling the order on the website and no customer service number.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

I placed an order on August 18th for a pair of Shawn Michaels kids leggings. I was told on Sept 7th these were in production and would be dispatched shortly that they were having trouble getting their materials in. On Sept 19th i received a tracking number that was not valid. Oct 5th i emailed again and received the same exact worded email, they were still in production. 2 months later and they haven't answered my last 5 emails, no leggins have been shipped, But i was charged the very same day i placed the order. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER BUYING FROM THERE. The customer service is horrible and I didnt think i had to order 1 year in advance to get my kids halloween costume in.

Was great, now awful

I own approximately 40 pairs of wild bangerang leggings, they were a wonderful company. But everything has slipped in the last few months.
Like many here, I ordered 4 pairs of leggings on September 7th, and got a refund notification on September 9th, refunding 3 of the pairs as they had an IT glitch allowing them to sell sold out pairs.
This is fine, I decided to order some more from the outlet sale.
The first thing I noticed, is one of the pairs I got refunded for was still in stock on the website. Annoying, so I purchased them again plus another pair.. then came the wait.
On September 27th, 20 days after ordering. The single item left from the original order got "shipped". Except the tracking number never worked, and it never arrived.
I can't even get an update on the other order, I have messaged on multiple platforms, emailed, absolutely nothing.
I think my patience and willingness to let a company I genuinely love off the hook a bit has worn thin.
I will be putting a PayPal chargeback complaint in this week and never ordering from this company again.
What a shame.

Disappointing customer support.

I have several pairs of leggings from this company, love their designs. Unfortunately they seemed plagued with issues of late. I placed an order from their outlet sale on 7th September. No emails to say anything was out of stock. 24th September I received a dispatch notification, this came with a tracking number that gave me no information other than to “try again tomorrow”. After 2 weeks of trying again, I contacted via email and messenger. Neither received a response, so after a week opened a case with PayPal. I was immediately refunded. The lack of communication has put me off ordering in the future.

Terrible company!! DON'T buy from them!

UPDATE: Placed an order on 7th September and didn't receive communication when I contacted them so made a PayPal claim. Finally got a response and received one of the sample outlet items on the 11th October, but was told the rest of it was out of stock... and now I'm waiting on a refund for the rest of the items in my order!! Why did it take them over a month to tell me the items I ordered weren't even in stock? It's disgusting customer service.

I've been a loyal customer of Wild Bangarang since about 2018 now. I always thought their customer service was excellent, however recently everything has gone downhill.

I was too naive and forgiving since they're a small team so I was understanding of their situation, but I don't feel that way anymore. Their marketing started to annoy me because they still post on socials about twice a day but can't keep up with their orders and don't update customers. They now take a month to despatch and I've really started to lose my patience not only with the lack of communication but also transparency.

They're not as honest as they may appear. I found this out when they took one of my genuine product reviews off their website when I wasn't happy with the fit of their joggers. I gave them a 2 star rating but also praised them within the review for their leggings and dresses which I love. This really didn't sit well with me and I felt like they just disregarded my comments. I almost felt betrayed as a customer that has spent over £800 with them over the years. I don't believe companies should be deleting honest reviews so I'm glad that Trustpilot exists.

Ordering a pair of their joggers was one of the first returns I've ever done with them and it took them about 12 days after receiving my item before they processed it.

Sizing is definitely not true to fit because I had to keep going up a size after noticing stitching come undone on my leggings. My usual UK clothing size is a 16-18 from other brands including H&M, Boohoo, M&S, Asda, and ASOS. But at Wild Bangarang I buy a 1XL which they claim to be a UK size 20-22. I wouldn't mind this so much if their size guide was better, but the waist measurements they give aren't accurate.

Overall I feel let down and disappointed with Wild Bangarang. I was naive over the years and always saw them as amazing, yet I overlooked any of the issues they had. I couldn't bring myself to stop ordering from them because I love their designs but now I am done.

Takes your money and then goes completely silent...

UPDATE. Company have now shut down. I never received my item. They have stolen over £40.00 of my money and I don't even get an apology.
Absolutely, 100% disgusting way to treat fellow humans.

Ordered a pair of sweatpants from here 23 days ago. No update on the order. Nothing has changed status wise on the website and I'm getting no response from their facebook messenger.
Have just sent an email but I am not a happy bunny. This item was a massive treat to myself, and money I wouldn't normally spend.
Not a good experience so far.

Excellent customer service

Ordered a bunch of things including face masks and leggings and thought little more of it, about a month later it popped into my head i hadnt received the package so I contacted them and received a fairly prompt reply from Liz (giving some room for delay here as staff may be isolating)
Apparently the package had been dispatched but lost in transit so a replacement was duly dispatched within a few days however there was a similar result including tracking data generated but the package just vanishing mid transit.. A few emails later a third and final package was sent and arrived with no issues, plus included some bonus loot which was totally unexpected as it was a delivery issue and not really their problem!
Everything was the usual high quality both myself and partner have come to expect from wild bangarang between our previous orders
Overall wild bangarang make some great stuff and have great customer service, just be a little patient as its a small operation who does not have a team to field emails 24/7, and right now things such as a staff member isolating can put a sizable dent in their production..
Yes I had a few problems which were from matters totally outside their control, but these were quickly resolved by Liz and the team with no issues bar a little wait. you wont get that level of customer service from a large chain!

Disappointingly slow order fulfilment times with no updates

I made an order for a Birthday present back in June, but still have no received my order. I appreciate that many businesses are struggling at the moment with all the problems Corona19 has caused, but they should be more clear with the order fulfilment times.

I've tried emailing for an order update, with no response. The Birthday has long since gone. As a result I've decided to cancel my order. It's a huge shame as I love the quality of the clothing, but I am very disappointed and likely will not order again.

Letting themselves down...

As much as I love Wild Bangarang's designs I think they are over selling themselves and can't cope with demand. Lead times are very long, I placed an order 3 or 4 weeks ago and still waiting for it to materialize.

Also, the sizing of their clothes are not true to fit like they used to be when the company first started out and you have to size up. If you speak to them they will openly admit this and they all size up too! So why not make clothes that actually fit in the first place? I've never sent anything back because it will simply take too long to get a replacement so now I'm stuck with several pairs of leggings I'll never wear.

Sad to say but I will think twice before ordering with WB again.

Top Mark's for excellent service & quality goods.

Ordered the Anne Stokes face mask when company was shut due to Covid-19. Communication from them was excellent, they were inundated with orders and kept me informed throughout regarding the delay.I received my mask relatively quick considering, was beautifully made and fits perfectly. This company went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned & with proceeds to the NHS they deserve a top review!
