It did exactly what it says on the bottle.
I had a motor bike jacket that was no longer waterproof. I did wash it a few time first with regular soap because it was filthy.
I followed the instructions and now the jacket is clean and water doesn't get in.

The young man serving me was very knowledgable about camping products in general, beyond what was sold in the store. It was easy to trust his advice on what sleeping bag would suit my needs. I am very happy with my purchase of the SeaToSummit Ascent!

Outstanding customer service
I have always found the staff to be very knowledgeable and passionate about the products they sell. They understand that it takes time to get the right gear together for a trek and are happy to help and then leave you to decide. The range of gear is extensive, and the prices are comparable to many online shops. Many of the staff have undertaken the trips you are considering and have first hand knowledge of what is required.

Great service from Wild Earth with order arriving super quick and great communication with the tracking eta. The Under Armour boots are also great and exactly what I was hoping for. Very comfortable while providing great support. Can't recommend Wild Earth or the Under Armour boots highly enough!

Great technical knowledge and service
Came to buy my mother in law a pair of shoes for a multi day hike. The service we received exceeded our expectations and is setting the bar high for specialty retailers. I was so happy I returned 2 days later to buy what I needed for an upcoming trail ultra knowing I could trust the information i was given.

I went to the Burleigh Heads store hoping to have the Leki poles repaired (bought elsewhere), as per the advice on the Leki support hotline. Though request was a bit unusual, Nik handled it very nicely, requesting a replacement part and keeping me informed throughout the process.
By the way, great prices on my favourite brand of the running gels :)
