Support identified an issue with my scarf for me and asked if I want their fix or how to proceed. Order arrived earlier than expected but keep in mind to order far enough in advance, especially around the holidays (I ordered for Christmas in October and it came in November).
The quality is good, the design looks nice.
Ordered a small sample run to see if we would explore a purchase of a larger quantity for our customers throughout the US. What we got was very very poor customer service, over charge on shipping and really don't care if you get the product. Once you get it, it is good quality, but all of the other issues combined will take our corporate orders elsewhere.
I bought a fan scarf and the quality and the colors are truly amazing. I am really stunt.
The only bad thing is that you have to wait very long, but they tell you that beforehand so its fine:)
ordered 1 beanie instead of 10. wrote them a mail and they fixed it. they also fixed my poor design on the beanies. beanies came in the mail 12 days before delivery date.
