I recently purchased an item online

I recently purchased an item online. There was an error in the "ship to" address. I immediately tried contacting Wilderdog. Unfortunately for me they provide no phone number to call only an e-mail address. E-mail was sent and a few hours later I received a satisfactory reply. Unfortunately for me the item was inadvertently shipped before my reply to Miami when I live in Tennessee. The matter was quickly corrected, and my item was reshipped which I just received today. Thank you Wilderdog. Job well done.

Very happy :)

Wilderdog forgot to pack one of my items in my order and one of the bowls came with tiny scratches. Without hesitation they have offered to send the item that they forgot and a new bowl! I will be away during the time that the parcel will arrive so they have also offered to send it to the destination where I will be at that point. They have been very kind and helpful. Can't complain!

Disappointing not worth it

Disappointing. Customer service sucks. Products are not worth the high dollar price tag. I have better leashes I got from Ross for $5. My dog pulled really bad on their rope leash and it ripped, and hurt my arm. I feel these leashes are borderline dangerous. Emailed the company and their reply was “looks like your dog chewed on it here’s a 15 % off coupon to purchase a new leash”
I’m like are you kidding me? The bandana prints are cute, but are cheap feeling too, again I got better for a fraction of the cost on Amazon. The dog poop bag holder also over priced and nothing special. $75 spent down the drain. Save yourself the frustration.

Bought a size small for my normally…

Bought a size small for my normally sized small dog. The size small at this company is absolutely huge, more like a medium. I am being asked to pay a chunk of the return to ship it back. No respect for a company like this and would absolutely never purchase from them again.

The dog raincoat I purchase is the best…

The dog raincoat I purchase is the best quality I have seen. It is of a very soft material which isn't often the case with raincoats. Sizing is spot on. My 15 lbs Cavachon fits in a small. I would definately purchase again.

Never again - Wilderdog!!

I joined Wilderdog CANADA and purchased three collars and two leashes for my dog. When they finally got delivered to my home in Vancouver, CANADA, I was told to pay $30 customs fee!! Asked WD why? They said that's your problem!
Do not be fooled by WD.
When a company calls itself Wilderdog Canada, you expect it is Canadian , therefore you pay Canadian dollar and expect no customs fee.
Honesty and ethics matter, WD.

The products might be good or even…

The products might be good or even great. But I never got them and customer service know only these words "it's on its way". Sometimes with Fedex, sometimes with USPS, now with Canada Post.

Do not waste your money or time on these guys.

I am at the point of cancelling my…

I am at the point of cancelling my order and asking for a refund. My items are still not on the way despite assurances from the company that they are. Will never use this company again and will be contacting my card company to pursue a refund.

I ordered two items for Christmas…

I ordered two items for Christmas presents. To this date I have not received the items. They don’t answer their phones and only respond by email at their convenience. We are out our money and do not have the items. They are not even trying to accommodate us. I won’t use them ever again. I cannot verify anything about their products because they have not made good on my order. I can tell you they take your money. I had a lot of difficulty with ordering and their response. My advice - don’t use them.

Products are high quality & beautifully designed, amazing customer service

My experience does not match the other reviews... their products are extremely high quality with thoughtful design (we have their blankets, leashes, harnesses, and collars). You can tell they're actual dog lovers. Also they had exceptional customer service, and were very kind when my dog passed. I was surprised to read any negative reviews as this is my favorite company for my pets!

The leash hurts my hand cause my dog…

The leash hurts my hand! My dog can pull with much easier with this leash since the rope stretches!
Return policy is I have to pay to return then they will determine how much of a refund I can get. That’s pretty crummy!
I do Not recommend the quality or service with this company.

Customer Service is lacking...

Love the products but custom service is lacking. There is no direct way to get in touch with them and it takes a day or two for them to respond to emails. Then, there are one line responses, a snarky attitude, and the back and forth email chain (to someone new every time) takes days to get anything done or receive answers in a timely manner. Returned a package and was told it wasn't received, but as soon as I provided tracking it magically appeared. Waiting for an exchange now. Let's see how long this takes.
