I have been a Wild Tangent member for many years. I enjoy it a lot. When the new cellphone games came out, I tried a lot of them but soon returned to Wild Tangent.

I wonder why after one transaction I got fraud alert from my bank?

I purchased one of my favorite games from my younger days, Fate and put it on my BRAND NEW laptop. They happily took my money and the game crashes every 30 seconds. After reaching out to customer support, they blamed my drivers and stated they are NOT responsible for outdated drivers. I explained that my laptop was new and there shouldn't be any issues. Their response was "too bad, not our problem". Avoid this company at all costs...unless you prefer to be robbed...because that's what they do.

pathetic used to play it was okay but now its terrible cant play games I paid for its a rip off DONT BUY IT JOIN OR ANYTHING IT DOSENT WORK

Can't access purchased games due to email change...??!?! Do not buy games from WildTangent, it is a scam.

I have emailed several times now and the support received was extremely unhelpful and condescending. I have been trying to renew my Wild Tangent Membership for months. I have sent in all the screenshots. I have cleared the Cache and the history. I have reinstalled. I have tried it on 3 different computers. It is clearly my account that is an issue. Do you want customers or not? Although from reading the comments here things have really gone downhill for Wild Tangent. What a shame. It was amazing once.

I started my account years ago when they still had the coins. I stopped my membership after they changed it and took away the coins but I can still login and I still have my games. Some of them have my progress and some I have had to start over with each new computer. Some of them are so old that they no longer work on my current computer but that's understandable. I will not reinstate my membership though as I refuse to pay for the privilege of spending more money to buy new games. I will just play what I have.

I have been using Wildtangent games for he past 8 or nine years. I recently purchased a new computer and I cannot play any of the games that I purchased over the years. It was bad enough that they changed from wild coins to their new purchase plan and I lost hundreds of dollars worth of wild coins, but in their new purchase plan agreement I cannot enter any of the unlock codes for the games I own.
When i send them a message asking how to fix this problem, all I get back is a canned message telling me that I am using the wrong form. Thank you for taking the time to complete the Feedback Form. We appreciate hearing from customers like yourself.

I decided to get a 12-month subscription and take advantage of their discount. Little did I know that I'm not getting ALL the member benefits BECAUSE I bought at a discount. No more free game (of their choice) per month; now that they're issuing 1 token per month for members that pay monthly, I'm not eligible. So I guess I'll cancel membership once it expires.

I had Fate over a decade ago, tried to replay and bought the new 3 games, was 40+ hrs into it when the app decided to update, it then crashed, told me to uninstall/reinstall?? they did an update, it was working fine, I did my game was gone, then it worked but when I went back in it updated and crashed again, the tech said it must be my fault, I have 2 tech degrees and 40 yrs of pc knowledge I know it worked until their app forced an update numerous times, I hope they get sue into oblivion and Alice loses her house

As social platforms have continued to change I have become seriously irritated by the changes of wild tangent and am still being charged a monthly fee when I have not been able to get into my account or play the numerous games I purchased years ago. This is nothing but bull dung!

My wife has used this platform for many years and you used to be able to load money on your account and pay a small fee to play each game. My wife has gone a long time with just the free 30 minute sessions so I figured I'd load some money on it like I used to only to find that the only option was to subscribe so I did. Once I subscribed I was surprised to find that all it did was give you discounted prices for the rentals and purchases this is the biggest scam Ive ever seen

It's pretty stupid. Only games available on Microsoft laptop and they're just small screens surrounded by ads. Stupid and frustrating. Get rid of this crap.

I purchased several games from Wild Tangent; I have some medical issues and wanted games, books, videos etc. to help pass time during treatments. With two of the games, "Christmas Wonderland 4" and "Christmas Wonderland 5". initially worked correctly and after a bit I would get an error code. I went on the Support tab to ask that they either correct the game or return my money. It took THREE emails to Wild Tangent Support before the replied. They gave me several tasks to perform to (hopefully) take care of the issue. I would follow the directions and contact "Alice" and told her nothing had changed, Brilliant person that she obviously is, asked me what actions I had taken to correct the issue. I instructed her to check HER EMAIL TO ME to find out what actions I had taken. After 2-3 weeks "Alice" told me that since the issue came up AFTER I HAD PURCHASED AND DOWNLOADED THE GAME THAT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE. I questioned, asking her how and why I would be able to know the future in order to know which downloads would work and which would not. She told me that she was proud to be working for this organization and there was NOTHING SHE COULD DO!

Please-please-please do NOT purchase anything from this provider; unless of course you are psychic and would know which games would work and which would not.

I have played Wildtangent games every night for many years. It has undergone aesthetic changes a few times and all were disappointing honestly, but at least the games worked! Since this last overhaul I lost access to games I had bought and I'm having lots of trouble downloading and removing games. Most of the time when I open a game it freezes the whole app. I have tried the usual fixes of reinstalling, restarting, logging out and in several times. I'm very upset because these lovely games were such a part of my routine.

I love playing an I Spy game through Wild Tangent. I decided to buy another but it doesn't work. I asked for a refund but they insist the game work and keep telling me to restart my computer, reinstall the game, and now to send them all this technical info. I don't want the game anymore. I'd just like my money back. I've cancelled my subscription to them because their customer service is absolutely worthless and the Company sells faulty games.

Purchased 3-D Chess game. Game will not let me move the pieces according to the rules of chess. Had played chess before but was wanting to refine my skills before I started playing against actual opponents. The game is a rip-off!!!! Cannot return after playing the game. Definitely not purchase this game and am highly suspicious of anything from Wild Tangent. The only reason they received a 1 was that there was no option for ZERO.

Wild Tangent is an amazing gaming app, just like other gaming apps out there,. some games work with your computer or phone updates an some dont ,if you keep trying an working on what the problem could be then you can fix it, but not all the games come from them ,just like other gaming apps they come from a different group of game developers, i understand that you dont realize that many of the problems everyone has it because of the wifi jumping in an out of your device,i know you see an app that says your wifi is good, but its really not,. when that happens some things wont work some things will run slow some things wont save an the list goes on an on,. an if you think your cell data that you spend so much money for is always working, thats not true, it will also jump an not be working all the time, you just dont realize it because another app tells you its good, just remember everything is a Question Mark ? an we are always Learning an trying to find different ways to make it better,. dont blame apps,

The tech support people are totally incompetent, The g games aren't designed to work. They are designed to sell. Wild Tangent people are common thieves.

My progress won't save and just disappears and I have to start all over. I messaged customer service and never heard from them. Don't waste your time or money with this company. I don't want a refund. I just want the game to work right.
