I am writing this to warn others: DO NOT deposit your money at Wild Tokyo Casino.
Getting a withdrawal out of this place is a nightmare. Even after providing all the standard KYC documents, they continuously move the goalposts. Every time I think I’ve satisfied their requirements, they suddenly "need" a different document or claim a file is missing.
It has been over 7 days and I am still waiting for my funds. Their 24-hour processing claim is a total lie. It feels like a deliberate tactic to stall until you either give up or gamble the balance away. Customer support is unhelpful and just gives scripted responses about "security checks."
Save yourself the stress and the money. Go to a casino that actually respects its players and pays out on time. This place is not worth the headache.

I started 14'days ago to make redrawal which you in the first place told me was rejeccted due tina technical error from your side, where you asked me to make it again.
I did and then you cancelled it again with the information that the iban number was rejected, which I checked and it was ok.
Then you ask me to make the withdrawal to another iban which I did. Then inhaler to verify that that account was my one, again the Hole verification prosess, after you verifyed it, you then rejected the withdrawal due to the reason that my bank wasen't SEPA approved. I then contacted my bank and was informed that they were sepa approved, however you told med that you couldn't use the iban.
I was then asked by you to make an withdrawal by another payment metode, creditcard, skills etc.
I then told you that I would like to make it by creditcard, which you told me wasn't possible.
I was then asked to withdrawal by skills, why i had to create a skills account, which I did to satisfy you and to get my withdrawal.
I then tried to make a withdrawal through skills but wasn't able to do that, so i had to contact you again, and was told that I wasn't able to use skills mules i made a deposit to my account with you. Then I had to make a deposit to my account to YouTube order to make the withdrawal...
Indtjen make the withdrawal in two as I was to much with one withdrawal, and the. The whole verification started again...
I have send several documents from my skills account, but you Will still not approve it, and I do not know why and what to do next.

Total scam. I deposited $500 and later tried to withdraw $1,000. They requested verification, which I fully completed. After weeks of delays and constant excuses, they never paid out. I eventually gave up.

First off, it took them 5 days to verify after I had sent them my ID, bank card photos ect.
They take their time on purpose so you would lose your winnings and I did so didn’t end up withdrawing. ( not blaming them i lost but the process is appalling )
Another site I play on took within a day to verify and i was able to withdraw with a smooth process.
Secondly, their withdraw limit is small.
Lastly, again they asked me to verify again ( I wasn’t even wining ) I was actually losing.
So I ended up closing the account.

I made my Wild Tokyo account, had all my ID verified, even financial documents verified. When I say Financial, I mean they asked for evidence of my bank account being in my name and a screenshot of my first deposit. All verified, so I thought, FANTASTIC! I read that they had fast payouts etc and they had my favorite online casino games.
I had a lucky streak and because you can only cash out maximum $800 at a time, I did my withdrawals in smaller increments. One for $300 on the first day, then in the following 3 days - one for $600, one for $150 and finally another for $500. I got my first withdrawal of $300 within a day and a half, so naturally I though - YESSS! This casino is legit!!!! Since then though, my other 3 withdrawals are taking FOREVER. Every time I open the live chat I get told the same thing "withdrawals go in a queue and once my withdrawal request has been reviewed, you'll receive your payout!" And if it wasn't that, they'd just tell me their financial department works from Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm GMT+2 time. I'm from Australia, so I've discovered since being told this that they're 9hrs behind us. Still doesn't explain the long wait midweek.
Anyways, after multiple attempts in live chat, I FINALLY get an email from their financial department that reads
"Following a review of your account, we have determined that additional documentation is required to complete the verification process.

Naturally, my first thought is - GREAT, they're going to do all they can to make sure I don't receive the winnings I made fair and square. But, as instructed I uploaded a screenshot of my deposit from my bank. Haven't heard anything since.
So to me, it looks like they get you hooked with your first cash out. You continue to deposit money and win... But that's where it stops. In reality from my winnings, I deposited a total of maybe $120 max, and am trying to withdraw $1550 over 4 separate withdrawals - Wild Tokyo casino is having none of that of course!!!! They'll happily take your deposits and you literally talk to an AI robot when trying to get answers as to why they won't pay out. They tell you in the chat that they're connecting you with a human but ironically they're all the same responses no matter how you word your issue to them. I have screenshot nearly every conversation with these "humans" and it's all the same responses. I will be shocked if they continue paying out my winnings, but I can almost guarantee that at least one of them will be knocked back. I'm betting I know which one too. One of the withdrawals I made was for a large amount I won off of a thing of 20 free spins (I'm pretty sure it was 20) that I wagered x 45. I know this because I kept checking my progress, finally got 100% and instantly cashed out.
My score of 2 stars is generous, I would've given it 1 star, but to be fair they did withdraw my first $300 and because of that I still hold on to hope that my bank account will soon reflect my winnings! And if they don't, I will continue to keep at them and make sure that every review website hears about my experience.

After waiting for three days for the “risk department” to verify my account, they wrote back to me that the found a “ discrepancy in the provided and registered information regarding your date of birth”, so they closed my account with my winnings on, even though i gave the right information about my date of birth, and I’m almost 20.
