Great service and outstanding communication, as well as really competitive prices (about 15% under RRP on my order).

Before placing an order, I emailed to confirm that some goods were the latest version -> prompt (and positive) reply. While placing the order online another item was clearly shown as being on a 2-3 day lead time and even then they emailed me to check that I was OK with delaying the whole shipment until it was available. The goods arrived a day sooner than I expected.

I have been purchasing many climbing items from different websites and I won't exagerate if I say that the Wildtrak web-shop has the fastest service and the kindest and most helpful staff. Excellent service ex jacket

Price very competitive, jacket was not in stock when I ordered but I was kept informed re order status by email and it arrived when promised. Packed well and in perfect condition.

The rucksack I was after turned out to be sold out, which was a shame but not unexpected as it was last year's design. Most other sites I've been to send you an automated email letting you know your order's not going to be fulfilled, end of story. Not these guys - personal email from a member of staff explaining the situation and offering an alternative at a good price. Which makes for a much better online shopping experience all round - good product range, food prices and personal customer service.

I bought a pair of Scarpa Kailash boots which are excellent and which I couldn't get anywhere else at the price. They arrived very promptly and I cannot fault the service. I had previously contacted the shop in Newcastle before I placed my order and they were very helpful.
