Holidays
In response to an email, saw a trip that appealed to us, so booked online for which we received a discount. It was very easy to make the booking and the confirmation was almost immediate, showing seat numbers etc. very pleased with how quick it was.

Wembley SUFC
Overall good service , friendly staff
Obviously in training as well and got a bit lost at Wembley and we did a loop around the stadium until we found the right coach park , which we had a laugh about
all went smoothly on the journey back to Sheffield
My only gripe was the cleanliness on my seat , basically the tray on the seat back in front was filthy, it had what looked like chewing gum and a lot of what looked like black hair stuck in it so I could not use it
I did ask the staff if they could sort it prior to departure and was told they would find something to clean it but they didn’t and never actually came back to me.

Excellent company
Sean was our driver for a school trip to the north of France. We had a great experience. He was organised, knowledgable and we felt safe at all parts of the journey. This is a great company and I will be using them for future school trips moving forward.

Good Value
Left on time. Decent price. Clean coach. Plenty of stops.
The seats on the Skills Coach used were not very comfortable. The seat back was basically a plank with a fabric cover.

Sufc coach Wembley
Excellent service, booked two seats for the final at Wembley. Reasonably priced, wasn’t WB coach however, was an expressway which was absolutely fine, no complaints will definitely use again could do with more leg room.

Not an executive coach!!
We booked through Wilfreda beehive to take us to Wembley, the official away day coaches for SUFC. They then subsequently put us on an Expressway coach that they had sub-contracted to! We were for the price expecting luxury coach travel as described on their website but instead ended up on a coach that I wouldn’t have booked to take cattle to a cattle market!
Air con did not work, boiling hot. Not comfortable at all.
Toilet was disgusting, smelly with urine all over the floor. No loo paper or water to wash your hands. One of the drivers thought he was Sterling Moss, weaving in and out of lanes on the m1 and driving too close to the vehicle in front, forever on and off the brakes.
Wilfreda Beehive was the official Sufc coach company, but this was not an executive coach like it describes on the website! What a rip off as well, charged us way over the odds to sub-contract to this other sub-standard company.
Not at all what I was expecting from them at all!!
Very poor Sufc and Wilfreda Beehive!

As my booking was with Wilfreda Beehive I was expecting to travel on one of their luxury coaches with plenty of leg room as outlined in their E-mail. Unfortunately I ended up travelling on a Ross travel coach which was okay but far from luxurious.

We are sorry the coach provided by one of our approved subcontractors on your recent journey to Wembley was not up to your expectations. We do make it clear throughout the booking process that coaches will be provided by us and our approved sub-contractors. Events of this type require a large amount of coaches and we ensure that we only use the services of reliable suppliers to assist. It is not possible to use identical vehicles throughout, but we make sure that the same standard passenger facilities are available to all travellers.

Cancelled our holiday
Booking the holiday was simple. However we never went on the holiday as Wifreda cancelled it with no explanation and via post no compensation offered.
Will not use this company again.

I was happy to receive your email detailing confirmation of my coach and seat numbers on 19/05/2025.
And then today (22/05/2025) I received two further emails; the first at 10:39 with no seat number details followed by a further email at 11:42 which contained my original seat numbers??
What is going on here? I don't know what to expect now on arrival.
