The ring you sent was supposed to be a P it was not it was more an N. I went to a jewellers to get my finger measured and I was a P but you insisted and you were wrong and it cost me £9.95 to return which i think was very wrong on your part x sorry after reading your reply I am sorry to argue but it was not a 'P' its the same size as the one I've taken off because its too small its more an 'N' x

Upon receiving the ring back, we checked the size and provided you with proof that the ring was a size P. As there was no fault with the ring and the size was correctly advertised, we unfortunately would not reimburse the cost of the return due to there being no fault.

I purchased a beautiful gold necklace and crucifix from William May, with the help of Daniel and Jack who were very attentive and professional. I originally bought a different necklace but decided it was unsuitable.
