VERY DISAPPOINTED!
In 2 years time, I purchased 2 pairs of "The Hook" Titanium glasses for my Adult son. Most recently for his birthday in July. The SAME thing happened to the 2nd "unbreakable, Titanium" pair within 2 months of normal wear. Sure, we could use the Lifetime Warranty with fee of $49... But, why should we have to after less only 2 months of wear? They broke in same place at the hinges. This company should have atleast a 6 month warranty with NO FEE.

Quality products that you can count on. I’ve loved their sunglasses for a long time but their socks is why I’m leaving this review. Not only are they comfortable but they last and do not wear easy!

I’ve had almost every style of WP sunglasses they have out and love them all! The lenses are great and the frames are weighted perfectly. They are as sturdy as any sunglass I’ve ever had, but still maintain a light feel on the face. I’ve put these things through the ringer and just recently had my first pair break on me after 3 years of owning. One phone call to the William Painter team and I had a FREE replacement at my house in a few days. These guys make the best glasses I’ve ever owned AND they stand behind their warranty! Well done William Painter 💪😎.

I love my William Painter sunglasses! I have three pairs now and they are all so well made and extremely comfortable as well! The team is also very helpful and they really care about their customers.

These are the best sunglasses on the market and the team behind them is top notch. William Painter provides amazing products and amazing customer service.

I have the level sunglasses for 3 years now, however some disadvantages are showing now. Overall great product, however have tried to reach out to the customer service for their lifetime warranty plan. No response till so far, bit of a shame as this is one of the reason you buy their glasses.

I just purchased my second pair of William Painter sunglasses, The Oasis, and I LOVE my new cool sunglasses!!! 😆 The customer service was awesome too - I got great help! They responded very quickly, and they were very nice! Also the shipping was very quick too. I got them within the next few days! So thank you so much for your great help and awesome customer service!!! I really appreciate it a lot!!! 😆 The sunglasses I purchased a few years ago was The Lume, and they never had any issues like scratches whatsoever! The quality is absolutely 100% fantastic!! I'd recommend buying sunglasses from them for sure! And I'd buy their sunglasses again if I ever need in the future! 😄

Outstanding customer service replacing my stolen Hughes model of sunglasses. They couldn't have been more helpful.

Their sunglasses are also absolutely gorgeous.

The lifetime warranty they offer, the $49.00 processing and handling fee, cannot be started on their website. The description say all a customer has to do is login to their account. I did that, saw my order, tapped warranty tab, and all their site does is link to the warranty description. No matter how you try to get to the warranty page, every link goes to the same warranty statement. Statements are good, action is best. It is as if they do not want a customer to initiate a warranty claim.

If anybody decides to buy these they are worth it and like they say if you break them or lose them they have your back great pair of glasses I have ever owned

This is my second pair of glasses. The first one l got it through the Kickstarter campaign and was amazed by the quality and design.
Unfortunately they got stolen and I kept a couple of years using regular sunglasses bought in Spain.... None of these can be compared to the William Painter ones.
So I just purchased a new pair, but different this time. They look and feel spectacular!!!!
Service is very good as well and shipping was very fast!
I can only recommend this brand!

Great glasses with real lifetime warranty.

Just such a fun site to buy from - even not to buy from, but to enjoy. Really. Which is different.

And customer service is amazing. I missed including an offer code and the ease of immediate refund via direct email communication with a nice person was - atypical.

Basically, this is a sophisticated group whose emphasis is on life and sharing it. Products are few but great. Worth a visit.

These people are amazing. First off, these are the best glasses I've ever owned. And when they were damaged, with my lifetime guarantee, a new pair was soon on the way. Superior customer service, and truthfully, that kind of guarantee is rare and rarer to ACTUALLY honor it. These guys are true to their word. And the glasses are absolute top quality.

I gave the company four out of five stars because I love my glasses, overall quality of lenses are amazing and durability of frames excellent.
I lost my pair and have been trying to contact the company for four weeks now to get a replacement under my lifetime warranty. Nobody has contacted me and I have been without my favorite glasses for a month now

This is my third pair of sunglasses I buy from Williams Painter. They obviously are my favorite sunglasses. Very comfortable, extremely durable, they protect my eyes and look great doing it. The customer service is phenomenal and I will continue to recommend WP to all my friends.
