The glasses lasted 1 week before they broke. I barely used them and they just came apart.
Then they wanted to charge me another €50 for them to deliver a new pair.
I cut my losses.

The first pair I had broke within a few months of ownership, but it was my fault lol, I sat on them.
I forgot about the lifetime warranty of them, after a few weeks of wearing my glued sunglasses I contacted them for a spare part to replace it, but the told me theyll replace it completely, I just had to send them back with the tracking number, and within a few days they sent me back a new pair without the old ones arrived to them yet, now like 4 years later my lenses are kinda scratched and I contacted them to replace them and Brittany from customer service made the return process a breeze , HIGHLY RECOMMENDED GLASSES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My pair of sunglasses had a problem after 5 years of wearing them and I received a new pair as per warranty. Great company.

William Painter is BY FAR the best sunglasses company. I have one of every single pair, and have been rocking them since 2017. Their customer support is unmatched - Sutton just handled a warranty on my favorite frames after I sat on them and SERIOUSLY over-delivered! Buy from them, Love them!

My Hook sunglasses are the finest investment I have ever made in eyewear and they are build like a rock. I don't think I could damage them if I tried to, though there is no way I would try that. Unfortunately, the outer coating delaminated for reasons that defy explanation, and when I contacted the Painter staff for warranty details the response I received was stellar and immediate. These people are the absolute BEST! Thank you Sutton.

I've used Oakley and Ray Ban most of my life and I hate, absolutely hate it when they break or get scratched up, its either a new pair at full price or lenses that cost 1/2 the price of a new pair. I have used the warranty twice now, never any misdirection or stress, its simple, $50 for a brand-new pair under warranty (There is just such a sigh of relief with that statement). They are not some cheap poor-quality sunglasses either. I'd argue they are better than Oakley frames and on par with their lenses.

Sutton was quick and friendly in all her email responses. Very concise and helpful. She made my experience easy and now I am taking advantage of your lifetime warranty. 100% satisfied!

Great customer service and very stylish glasses!

The customer service is awesome, I had an issue where unfortunately my purchase never turned up, and I've been given a replacement plus an awesome gift.

The glasses are great and look awesome as well as being a conversation piece. Servie is also great and the life time warrenty saved me from having to look elsewhere when they finaly gave in after 5 years of use!

The lifetime warranty process was super easy and done in less than 5 minutes! I looooove The Hooks and i can’t see myself without a pair of these for the rest of my life!

William Painter sunglasses are high quality with a super comfortable fit and a great look. This company also stands behind their lifetime warranty. My daughter accidentally broke my sunglasses and William Painter sent me a new pair with no questions asked. I'm definitely a lifetime customer.

The support I received from Sutton at William Painter has been phenomenal. They provided a very fluid experience in replacing my glasses under warranty. Contacted them about an order I made 5 years ago (I was recently reminded by a new lost item in the mail) that was lost as the fault of an issue between myself and the delivery company. The team (shout out to Sutton!) put in a order free of charge to replace my item that never made it to me! Could not have asked for better support and a more positive response to my inquiry!
