Deceptive/Misleading Advertising

One star (unacceptable experience) because I was shocked to discover in the shop (on Lordship Lane) that only a few selected items (a few chickens, some game and some lamb) was in fact organic at William Rose Butcher.

It is deceptive & misleading because they advertise themselves as an "organic and free range butcher" ...key word being "and" here....

If this was the way everyone did it Marks & Spencer could advertise themselves as an "organic supermarket" just because they sell a few items that really are.

When I enquired the service was blasé about it. I'd have given them two stars at the most.

But one star for the company trying to maximise profits by making false promises.

Just state that you are a free-range butcher if you are one, but don't add the organic if you are not really organic... there is a big difference.
