Everyone was kind and courteous, and knew their job. Everything was put back into place quickly when the job was done. The only negative was the pattern on the carpet made it difficult to exactly match across pieces, but it looks fine.

The workers came promptly on the date…
The workers came promptly on the date they specified. They worked very efficiently and cleaned up perfectly. We had one tile which was defective. I called them and they came out the same day and replaced it. I would (and have) recommended Williams Flooring to several friends.

Very service oriented, personable and helpful! We are very thankful we went there. They listened to us and within 20-30 minutes we had placed our order. Compare this to big box stores and that often you have to track down someone who works in that department before you even begin the process...Williams prices are comparable and service and installation went very smoothly! Highly recommend them!

Everyone at Williams were outstanding
Everyone at Williams were outstanding. Mark helped us through choosing our flooring and carpet and he was very friendly and efficient. The 3 men who did the installation were the best. We have never seen a crew show up and work so well together, and I do mean work. They were amazing, and we could not be more pleased with their work. We sure are glad we chose Williams.
