Doesn't honour warranty
I'm going to be the first to write a review about this Company to let you know of my bad experience. Only you can then decide if you wish to give them your business.
I purchased a car on the 14th February. Arrived at 3pm and the car was on their forecourt with the for sale sign and price in the window which was a red flag, especially as I had put a deposit on the car a few days prior. I would have assumed they would have taken off sale. (Past experience of buying cars that is the process).
About a month into buying the car it developed a clunking noise from the front right drivers side. I rang Williams and they approved me to reach out to a garage local to me given the distance back to them. My mechanic diagnosed a broken coil spring. Not just snapped, the whole centre piece missing and took photos. I got a quote for the work and sent it to Williams because I wanted it done on the 3 month warranty they promised when I purchased the car. I wasn't allowed to drive it because it was deemed un-roadworthy. I contacted Williams for a decision which I never got. They then announced it takes 72hrs. I rang them again after the 72hrs to be told it's was wear and tear and they wouldn't pay for the work. In the meantime I was left hanging without a car for nearly a week.
Their website states that they offer a 3 month warranty but it never came with any terms and conditions. Neither did I receive any paperwork. They said it had an MOT. Which it did, a whole week before I got the car. What happened to the car in that week. I was told it recieved a pre-purchase check. Did it? If it had why would they put it through the check then back on the forecourt with the for sale sign in the window? Another red flag.
I researched the consumer rights act and it states that a part to fail in such a short space of time is deemed unsatisfactory quality. I wrote to the garage only to be ignored and they haven't paid me.
On another note, I never got my V5 to be told it's had been sent. I gave it a few weeks still nothing. I rang DVLA and they told me that the car was still in the name of the previous owner and they hadn't put it to trade. The garage lied to me saying that it had been sent.
I paid a lot of money for the car to be hit with a large repair bill because I had to have both sides done.
Customer service was shocking.
