Customer Service Willis

This is the worst come company. I never had a problem with ready Refresh when they said they would deliver they did I would always get my deliveries on Wednesday every month with no problem if I did have a problem and I didn’t get my water I will call and request what happened and I need Water and they would escalate and guarantee that I would have my water the next day and which I did with no problem but this company is the worst. I have not had water since June they told me I would get my Water on June 4. I did not receive it. They told me in July that I will get my water on the 10th. I did not get it then they told me that I would receive water on 1 August. No water was delivered. also now it’s the second yesterday I spoke with someone and Customer Service they transferred me to the supervisor and which she told me that it would be guarantee that I would have water today. No water was delivered. Now they’re giving me another date which they are telling me that my water will be delivered tomorrow. I spoke with the Customer Service today. They said that they would also try to find out what’s going on in that? They’re not making promises that my water will be delivered tomorrow but they will definitely call me back and let me know when they send an email to that company to deliver water for me tomorrow. I don’t understand what’s going on this this is bad business. This is definitely.!!! if you need to find another company I would do so because that is what I’m beginning to do. I’m looking for another company that will guarantee my water will be delivered when I ask for the due date and hopefully I would have no problem with that company I pay and when I pay, I expect Water to be delivered to my home this company primo is the worst. I never in my life seen a company that cannot hold up to their word if they’re making a transition they told me that in June it doesn’t take three months to make a transition. Maybe they don’t wanna come in a neighborhood where I live because the majority of people that live in this neighborhood are black maybe that’s why they don’t have someone that want to come in this area and deliver my water. I don’t know what the hell it is but I need water and they cannot provide. Suggest people don’t go to this company. Don’t order anything from this company!!!! because you will not receive water thank you

Yet again an inappropriate customer service

Called to the store in Klippan about a product I left behind. They found it and would put it aside for me. 1 week later I came to the store. No product! After a long discussion they provided me with a new product, WHICH I ALREADY PAID FOR. And they told me that next time I should write down the name of the employee. Why? Shouldn't they just do as they say and have more control of what they do and say?
