Great Service, great price
Kelly-Anne Straw gave a really professional service throughout the arrangement of the lease for my new car. I got a cracking deal and was kept up to date on a regular basis throughout the lease process. Would highly recommend Willow Leasing you certainly get a friendly personal service.

Efficient and helpful.
Basically called Willow Leasing for a price and colour for the car I wanted. They give me a good price and I could choose the colour I wanted. Checked a couple more lease forms but Willow took priority. They were very pleasant and only too pleased to do business at a sensible price for the car and colour I wanted.

Excellent customer service from start…
Excellent customer service from start to finish. This is the first time I have used this company and was initially drawn to them by their reviews as well as the competitive lease price.
Initial contact was easy, Scott was friendly and knowledgeable and he was also willing to be flexible about my existging lease end date. He kept me well informed throughout the process. Car availability was as promised, only a few weeks after the order , and the delivery date was easy to arrange. Paperwork was straightforward and responses to emails were almost instant. I did ring up as I wasn't sure about the change from 2020 to 2021 spec - Scott wasn't around but I was well looked after and there was no guessng or bluffing, they phoned Volvo to check and then phoned me straight back.
On the day of delivery communications were great and the car is an absolute delight. Many thanks for your 5 star service.

Really competitive prices, would thoroughly recommend and they will be my first port of call in three years time when I re-lease. Scott was my broker and I cannot fault his service, a really nice man to deal with and I felt there was total transparency in our conversations and negotiations.

Great service throughout, pleasure to deal with.
My first time using Willow Lease and they were a pleasure to deal with.
My main contact was Kelly Anne who handled my application from various quotes on different vehicles to the final delivery of my new Discovery Sport.
The service was smooth in all aspects. Spoke to most if not all of the team throughout the application and all were very professional in the the way they handled my quires etc.
Have been leasing vehicles for around 15 years now and will be definitely giving Willow a call when it’s time to renew.
