On 11th June I made a deposit of 20 EUR and played with the money and won over 380 eur then, I tried to make a withdraw but, the balance shows in 2 parts one is available to withdraw 150 EUR remaining is bonus. This is unexpected and even Wills casino didn't allow me to withdraw showing that there's pending bets. I realise that money won't come and started played again and the money down to 140 EUR and in two parts. One is 95 EUR in wirhdrable balance other is 45bonus even, after that Wills casino didn't allow me to withdraw my money. It shows the same as before please complete the pending bets before make withdraw. I really lost faith on Wills casino because, I made 380 EUR with 20 EUR deposit and they didn't allow me to withdraw. I really lost faith after this incident even after playing over the years.
