Great service by the in store staff helping us to choose. Great service and care by the fitters enduring things were perfect.

Throughout the whole process Chris at Wilson's Carpets Newark, has been excellent. He was knowledgeable, helpful and responsive from the initial quotation through to completion. Communication was always prompt and professional, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.

The quality of the carpet itself is excellent and the finished result has transformed the house. The prices are also great.

Overall, we are very pleased with the service we received from Wilson's and would happily recommend them. In particular, Chris was a pleasure to deal with throughout and is a credit to the business.

From walking into the store to having my carpets fitted I could not have asked for any better service then what I received. The sales lady arranged for someone to come and measure my hall,stairs,landing and spare bedroom and once this was done she rang me with the total price plus fitting. The price surprised me as I expected it to be more.The fitter names Steve was polite,cheerful and did an amazing job, he tidied up after he finished and I am so pleased with end result .I also purchased a single bed from them ans currently waiting for a delivery date, Thank you everyone at Wilson Carpets.

On first arriving at Wilson we were greeted by Richard we were left to browse, and when we decided he went out of his way to help us. We will definitely deal with Wilson again.

The product was a reasonable price and when the fitters came they advised the floor would damage the vinyl and what I needed to do. They took the product away until I sorted the problem and then came back to re-fit. Saved us money as they could have just fit the vinyl, but it would have been damaged in a few months if they had not advised, so I was grateful for that as it was for my mum who is frail and vulnerable.

Although they may not appear to be the cheapest around, once you've included carpets, underlay, door bars and fitting, I have found Wilson's to be one of the better priced companies.

Always friendly when in store and never trying to push you into purchasing. We're very accommodating with our shifts and availability for fitting.

The fitters have always done a great job, haven't been able to fault Wilson's or the fitters at all. Would definitely recommend and will be using again for the third time to finish our carpeting.

Good choice of carpet samples as well as roll ends the choice is yours. The prices I thought were very reasonable, and the staff were very helpful. The carpet was carefully and expertly fitted again at a reasonable price ( you pay the carpet fitter separately as they are self employed) Would highly recommend them for all flooring needs.

Looked around and got quotes for a bedroom carpet fitted, decito go to Wilson carpets to compare quality and prices, equivalent carpet and underlay fitted from a big name carpet place worked out £70 less for a 14sq m room and the service from purchase to fitted was fantastic

Arrived on date planned. Contacted by delivery team, who assembled bed quickly and removed all packaging. Couldn't fault the whole process from purchase to delivery.
