I've had a number of good experiences with Win-Source for hard to find and obsolete parts. You pay for them of course but if you can't get it anywhere else, this is a good reliable company to work with. My sales rep Grace has been very helpful.

Sub-standard product was not shipped
No purchase happened although stock was shown as available and an order was accepted. A refund was given with the explanation that the stock had oxidised. Although this was disappointing, I was glad that the product had been inspected prior to a possible shipment. Oxidised lead frames would have failed at PCB assembly.
