******AVOID******Review on this place called Skye ocean. Absolutely disgusting, parked up and walked in, guy on desk booked us in after talking with Sophie saying that he doesn’t know if the rooms ready as the company wouldn’t send him help and told him to ring them by 4pm telling them how far he got and the managers don’t listen. Said to me and my other half you won’t like the bedroom even he doesn’t like it… now we know why 🙂 so gets the keys to the room goes in and sees straight away hasn’t been cleaned and no towels, after trying to get the shower working to be told there is no hot water yet as he hasn’t turned it on. Gets to 2 hours later still no hot water but we thought we will just go out for drinks by time we get back it will be warm enough to shower and get sorted. Gets back in at 11pm to no hot water still. No one available to contact number not been answered. After drinking we couldn’t exactly drive to another hotel and everywhere was shut or booked for the night. So slept on the most flattest pillow in the world with the intention of catching people in the morning and having a word with them. No one to be seen and no one answering the phones again so we just left due to not been able to do stuff you pay for like shower, sleep comfortably or quietly. After trying with booking.com to get the refund they put the phone down 4 times not understanding or sorting the problem. After messaging the hotel multiple times got in touch with “head office” that’s one leave you week at a time to contact back, doesn’t answer the phone. So now after them refusing to refund us for the terrible service they provided we will put the evidence and honest review at them, both booking.com and the hotel absolutely should hang there head in shame. Keep the money now. But people leave avoid these like the plague. You’d think they would at least wipe the sides down. We left it looking cleaner than we came. It’s horrendous. We asked to be moved to be told we are fully booked and everything else will be sorted before we got back which it wasn’t.
