Tried to book a ticket from a website…

Tried to book a ticket from a website that's using Windcave for checkout. I have a non-qwerty keyboard and I couldn't even type the CVV because their software only supports American standard keyboard. It's 2026 and their checkout process doesn't support typing numbers basically. And that's in Europe where non-standard keyboards are common. How could anyone use this is beyond me.

I am a customer trying to book tickets…

I am a customer trying to book tickets for a show in a venue that uses windcave to manage online payments.

Tried several times and each time it failed after I approved the transaction with my bank! Then received an email saying that the payment was declined.

Never had a problem with online payments that used other platforms.

Company wanting to squeeze every cent out of the customer

This is one of the worst company deal with.
They lured me into 48 Months contract.
They promised me 12 months waiver.
They still kept me charging.
This lost my faith in their monitoring and setup system.
Fortunately, I did not start to use their services for 7 months.
I decided to move out of this dubious company and they decided to inflict $1500 penalty on me despite not using their services at all.
To have peace of mind, I decided to let go the amount they charged me so far and allow me to walk out but they would not budge.
Such an unethical company.
I have dealt with Tyro, ANZ, Suncorp, Zeller & Live EFTPOS in past and none of them charge like them.
None of these providers has termination fees.
It is my mistake I signed up with Windcave.
Do not fall into this company's trap.

Very poor

We are disgusted with your lackadaisical customer service and complete unprofessionalism. When we first spoke with a member of your team - Daniel said he was certain you could supply us with eftpos terminal by Friday the 24th October for our first day of trading in our new store.
The eftpos machine didn’t arrive until Saturday you did not even have the decency to let us know it would need to be configured before we could use it anyway, which you then alluded to being done Monday of course being a holiday so it would not have been configured and been ready to use until today anyway. This is beyond belief.

Late payments

Firstly I was miss sold the terminal because I was assured that windcave dealt with a company called liberis...they don't...secondly I object to them keeping my money over the weekend and not clearing payments until 11pm.
It's my money and I need the cash flow.
Disgusting

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. I tried to cancel a long standard contract with them and they pulled out paperwork dated back to 2014 and forced me to continue paying despite not requiring the service any more.

To make things worse after the contract expired they continued to direct debit me and to this day they are continuing to direct debit me despite my many emails to ask them to stop taking my money.
