Currently staying at this hotel and would not say it was 5 stars at all.
The table service is non existent and you are left waiting ages to get a drink with your meal. The rooms aren’t cleaned daily and when they do they don’t clean your bathroom. The lifts are ridiculous and I have seen the doors knock children over and you are stood waiting ages for them to get to your floor if you’re not in the lobby. The beach towels they supply and cheap and discoloured. The food isn’t great either. The air con in the bedrooms is rubbish too, goes off all the time. Having to get up several times in the night to switch it back on. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and I don’t believe this should have 5 stars.

This 5 star hotel in Antalya Lara, is absolutely perfect. Clean, professional, secure and excellent customer service. I stayed in July 2025 and had no issues. Highly recommended.
