We had a composite door and two windows supplied and fitted. The quote was fantastic, quality of products was excellent and overall customer experience was exceptional. The fitters were very friendly and professional. We were given every relevant paperwork and guarantee. Communication was effective. I would definitely recommend windownation. As a matter of fact, I would be using them again for patio doors. The hallway and entire house is very warm and draught free following the installation.

may well have gone ahead with these windows but found the high pressure sales man just too much. He's still here!! we've told him that we will NOT make a decision tonight. he will not leave. I thought these tactics were long gone, but apparently not. So unless you willing to make a decisions on the spot do not invite them into your house :( Thankfully he has now left

After having suffered some really bad experiences with three double glazing companies who were trying hard to rip me off then I came across Window Nation. Everyone I dealt with was honest and reasonable. We agreed a very fair price for five new windows and a front door. These have now been fitted and they look amazing beautiful and great quality 🤩

From the very 1st phone call I detected professionalism.
Followed by there Engineer coming to my Home and explaining everything very clearly.
Furthermore listening to exactly what the customer IE me was looking for.
Within 24hr I had my Price via phone call so I did the booking.
A few weeks later the Fitters turned up and fitted the Windows.
No mess.,No quibble everything covered up with Dust sheets and even
Wiped the Kitchen floor tiles down afterwards.
Attention to detail and finally walked me through the Works and made sure I was happy and indeed I was.
So credit where credit is due.

George was fantastic. He turned up well on time and did an amazing job. Love my new windows and happy with the price! I would definitely recommend to others.

This is my 2nd time using these guys. First was for the front windows, and recently the rear. Prices were where they needed to be on both occasions and timescales where kept to.

We where more than happy with the overall service and most importantly the fished job and workmanship which was faultless.

We would have probably gone with this company as impressed with quality of windows and fair price. However the salesman used extremely aggressive and pressurised sales tactics arguing with us, saying we had agreed to go ahead if he got to the price he quoted. We had to ask him to leave at which point he said we were rude !!! Awful sales tactics !!

Great service from start to finish , very helpful. The fitter turned up on time and was very professional and polite. He completed 9 windows in extreme heat with professional work efficiency. Left no mess or trace of attending the property. Great customer service and we got exactly what we asked for. Great value for money. Would highly recommend this company.

Placed the order with Martin Upton. He was excellent in helping me with correct product & sizes I needed. I had my windows within the time scale that was promised. The customer service was excellent. The cost great in my price budget. Delivery service to my door great.
