I ordered a window lock and made payment which they confirmed the very next day. This was well before Christmas time and despite chasing them for the delivery of the item there has been no response which makes you think if they are genuine or not. If they are a reputable company then they ought to respond and let me know as to
when the delivery is intended. I hope this message gets to them.
I have now heard from them and am very bemused to learn that they always respond to all calls and emails but I am sorry to say that in my case they didn’t. Their reply now states that according to their terms and conditions if they don’t have items in stock then they don’t respond and it’s up to customers to claim refund if they so wish. When a customer asks for purchase of an item then shouldn’t they respond saying that the item is not in stock rather than taking money and keep customer waiting forever.

I ordered a Mosquito Net for 350 eur, came damaged so I refused delivery, and they never accepted to reimburse claiming the product is no longer their responsibility once it leaves their warehouse (of course not right and confirmed by my lawyer!). I gave up after 7 months litigation as this is costing more lawyer fees than the product price, which they of course know.
AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I got a response on the 26th stating that what I odered has to be produced and would take 25-30 days but was not explicitly indicated at the time of ordering. I will await my order any way. I am 21 days away now.

Placed an order on 24th October 2025 and paid 380 €. Got in touch few days later to confirm delivery and said it would take one more week. Three weeks later, without any news from them, I got in touch again to be told that they had an "issue" with the courier which was increasing the delivery cost to them, and they were trying to "resolve". Never heard anything back despite trying to. Hoping this review might prompt a response and facilitate to get at least a refund... if they are not just scammers.

We've made an order in July for an amount of over 2000 euros and have not heard back from the company despite multiple attempts to contact them. Order number 1752833287. This seems to be the last chance to reach them. Please provide a refund as stated in your regulations.

I ordered a part from them order number 1759848471 on 7th October, I realise it’s only been 8 days but I emailed them at the time of order with the order number asking I could get dispatch & tracking details as I need the part quite quickly. Despite a second follow up email and I tried calling yesterday I haven’t had a response or an answer to my call! It’s not good customer care or communication!

Nice products - but I have yet to see my purchase. ABOMINABLE customer service and communication. Seems a pattern with this company, whose reviews are either really positive or really negative.
Order number 1757688299 was placed and paid for (193 euros) on 12 September. It’s now been a month and all I’ve received is confirmation that my payment was successful.
Have tried numerous times to call and there’s never an answer. I’ve sent emails - again no response. Do they actually have any staff?
It appears that trust pilot is the only way to get a response.
I’d be happy to upgrade my rating once I get a human response and receive my window handles.

Emailed again 06/08/25 and still not heard a word
Would not recommend this company and definitely would not use them again.
They keep saying they are not a scam!!!

Ordered a window actuator over 2 months ago. I paid online via their website and received an email stating that payment was complete. Since then I have heard absolutely nothing. I have sent them multiple emails without any response and tried to call them many times but the phone is never answered.
I regret ordering from this company, they took £227.96 from me then ignored every effort I made to contact them. They do not seem interested in processing orders I would avoid.

Order no. 1751368853 placed on 1st July & payment made in full on 2nd July. Only communication from them since then is to request proof of payment, despite numerous emails from us requesting an update on our order. Having read other reviews it does seem like this is a scam, will report to authorities.

I ordered the mosquito net frame on 19 May. It is now 7 July. They claimed I would have it by end June. I emailed and called several times, with no response. I see on their website it says my order has been "suspended". AVOID, UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW MONEY AWAY.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I ordered two handles a month ago and whilst I was initially very impressed with the prompt responses to my questions and the assistance I received when placing my order. I was VERY specific with what I wanted and confirmed with the sales representative in numerous emails the finish I wanted for the handles. We recieved the handles last week in the finish is SPECIFICALLY said I didn’t want. Upon contacting their customer services team they admitted their error but they refuse to arrange the return of the handles and when I asked if they would pay the cost of returning the items they ghosted me and are now longer responding to emails. This is both INCOMPETENT and RUDE. Once they have your money they will not help you or assist you in any way.

I had a terrible experience with Windowo. I placed an order on December 23rd, and shortly after, they demanded an extra €100 for shipping, something they had failed to mention beforehand. I refused and requested a refund, which they agreed to process.
Fast forward over 30 days, and I am still waiting for my money. Their support team keeps making excuses, despite their own terms stating refunds are processed within this timeframe. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
I have already initiated a chargeback with my bank and am warning others through this review. If you value your time and money, stay away from Windowo. Their lack of transparency and delays in refunding customers are a red flag for any online shopper.

On 26.01.25 we placed an order through theur online shop. On 27.01.25 we transferred the whole amount (490,30 euros) as requested. We did no received any confirmation or any other information after payment. On 30.01.25 we requested information bij mail. No answer. On 3.02.25 we sent a complaint and asked for reimbursement in case the goods were not on their way. They answered then on 05.02.25 explaining that they needed a proof of payment and informing us about the fact that they didn’t have any goods in stock and that the goods had to be produced 20-30 days after payment. We cannot want that long and answered the same day requesting a reimbursement. We haven’t heard from them yet!!

Terrible service and liars. They sent me the wrong product and now it's my problem because they told me not to send it back and then asked why I did´nt send it back. Thats not the worse, I even asked how to send it back and for a shipping label, in writing, and I still havent received an answer from them, and they have the courage to ask me why I have´nt sent it.They were just delaying as much as possible and now, months later after chasing them, I have a product I don´t need and they offered me some small discount as an appology to sell me a wrong product and not wanting to respond for this.
