I recently had the pleasure of having my front door delivered and the fitting professionally organised by Eddie, and I’m genuinely impressed. His his attention to detail from the beginning to the end were outstanding!

Eddie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The new door has completely transformed the entrance to my home; it feels safer, looks stylish, and was installed with clear expertise.

It's refreshing to meet someone who takes pride in their work. Eddie’s service was seamless, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for doors and windows.

Made a door that did not fit, a window that opens the wrong way and the products are inferior – obviously why they’re cheap. Knox & Walsh, the installer, was poor but said he measured correctly. I had to pay for another door because nobody would take responsibility for the mistake. Window Store said they would try and sell the door, after several months they said they would sell it for £100 but I refused and asked for the door back. It is completely ruined, the handle is badly scratched, the door is filthy and it's obviously just been dragged around as it is badly damaged and the hinge is damaged. They have also lost the cill. They could have asked me to take it back before, rather than just let it get damaged. Will not use them again for my next project. Their products are inferior, seals in bottom of door have already fallen out – within a few months of fitting – and there is a draft. The handles also feel as though they will break quite easily, they feel really weak. I will go back to South West uPVC who have superior products that fit and they have competent staff.
