Friendly staff and great service. Highly recommend

We came in for a 4D scan and had an incredible experience, the staff and sonographer were lovely and attentive and explained everything to us clearly. It was amazing to see our baby girls features so clearly. We also came here in 2023 for my older girls gender reveal and had a lovely experience then too. Huge thanks to all staff at the clinic.

We did the gender reveal scan and it was an amazing experience from the moment we arrived, caring staff, quick check in and a nice day all in all. We found out the gender, heard the heartbeat and even was able to get the heartbeat put into a teddy bear! Will definitely use window to the womb again

Arrived early for our 17.00 appointment. The receptionist was lovely and great with our existing kids which is why two stars are given. The poor score is due to sonographs rushing the whole experience. He had already left the premises by the time we were even reviewing our pictures which were of poor quality and rushed. The whole experience this time round was certainly not value for money and a very disappointing experience. This is a good extra service to have but this time around I can’t say i enjoyed. I could hardly hear his voice when talking abound the scan!
I know they say the appointments are 5 minutes long but the whole experience was rushed and disappointing.

Great experience. I booked through email and checked it was ok for my young daughter to come too. The receptionist was lovely and friendly and the scan was itself was very calm. We booked a 3D scan and it was great to have printed pictures included that we could select at our leisure. Have already recommended to expecting friends!

Very underwhelming experience, sonographer barely spoke to anyone, the room felt uneasy as my daughter was laying there being prodded, we went for a gender reveal and there was no excitement or niceness to talk about the experience, this is my daughters first baby so we were very excited to be able to all attend with her to the gender scan, she led there in silence as no communication or conversation was being had by any of the employees in the room, she was then asked to walk around the room and go back for the reveal! Well that was very underwhelming! The sonographer just hoovered over the it’s a boy /it’s a girl to then click when the baby was and it was almost like popping a cork with no fizz! Honestly it was a waste of money I’d not bother and pick elsewhere where you may get a better experience!

Amazing experience. Spoke to the kids talking to them about what they was doing so got them all involved too. Explained everything to us and was very kind

We had our 11-week reassurance scan and then went back for our 16/17-week gender scan, and both experiences were amazing. After previously losing our first baby, we were naturally so anxious but the team were so kind, understanding and reassuring from start to finish.

They never made us feel rushed, answered all of our questions and genuinely made both scans such special memories. We’re so grateful for the care we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you so much! 🫶

Lorraine who works there was brilliant with keeping my eldest 2 children occupied while we waited for our appointment as they was running late. This is the 2nd time I have used Window to the Womb and I would recommend it 100%. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. It was such a great experience and my children felt included in the ultrasound aswell.

WTTW were brilliant, both for our early reassurance scan and our gender reveal at 16 weeks. After dealing with years of infertility and miscarriages the staff were all so compassionate and understanding, taking time to answer all of our questions. Thank you all!

We had a fantastic experience at Window to the Womb. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and caring, making us feel completely at ease.

The clinic was spotless, clean, tidy, and very professional throughout. It was also really easy to find, which made the whole experience stress-free.

We visited for our gender reveal scan, and it was such a special and memorable experience. The moment the room lit up blue to reveal we were having a baby boy was absolutely magical and a lovely touch that we’ll never forget.

There was also a great range of products available to buy, all at very reasonable prices, with some excellent offers too.

A huge thank you to the whole team for making our visit so special. We can’t wait to come back for our 4D scan and create even more amazing memories. I would highly recommend Window to the Womb to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and unforgettable experience.

I have had 4 scans at Window to the Womb Clydebank and it has been such a special experience each time. The staff are all so nice and put you at ease and the sonographer is lovely! Would recommend coming here to everyone!

I arrived early so instead of letting me sit waiting they saw me early. All the staff were so friendly and made the scan such an enjoyable experience. I would 100% tell others to go to was amazing. I already have told the other two mum's I know about it and I went yesterday. Thankyou again.
