Amazing welcoming when you first arrive, ladies and gentlemen working there were lovely and very calm and soft when both speaking and doing the scan. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is wanting to have early scans / gender scans and 4D scans to go to window to the womb xx

This is the second scan I’ve had with Window to the womb and they been amazing both times, once for a gender reveal, and once for a well being scan both experiences with the team has been reassuring and never rushed. The whole team are so friendly and really go above and beyond for each couple. So grateful to have been reasonably local to attend this clinic and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I was already nervous but I had my 3 young boys in the waiting area with me and the receptionist was so good and helpful and made me feel better. I’ve been to window to the womb with all 4 of my pregnancies and couldn’t be happier with them.

Was the most lovely experience having our gender scan at window to the womb ! The two ladies in the room were so kind and caring. They made both me my partner and even our mother in laws feel so so comfortable. We found out the gender of our baby with the lights it was magical!!

After two miscarriages my partner and I have opted to buy into two reassurance scans, private gender scan and a 4D scan. I could not recommend them enough absolutely perfect experience and I’m sad to see it come to an end however it marks a happy time starting.

It took me a while to love the Cramlington branch after a really sad time in our lives. Back in February 2024, we were naive, excited and full of hope as we attended our first scan for our first pregnancy. At the time, it was such a happy experience, but sadly that pregnancy ended in loss, and we weren’t able to return to the clinic.

Fast forward to 2026 and, after four more losses, we stepped back into the Cramlington branch for an 11-week scan, our gender scan, and again for a 23-week scan. Every single time, we have been treated with so much love, care and kindness. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the team always goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and supported.

A special mention to Wendy, Esme, Amy and Saman, who have all been absolutely incredible throughout our journey. Me and my partner can’t thank you enough.

I visited for a 4D scan at Clydebank today and I couldn’t recommend it enough!!

All of the staff are so patient and caring, they were very helpful with explaining every detail of the scan and process to me and my partner. They didn’t push for you to buy the extras like some other private companies do, they give you the time and opportunity to look through all of the images alone so you can chose which ones you want rather than them just choosing for you!

Such a clean, comfortable and nurturing environment. Even with it being so warm outside they had fans around the waiting area.

Absolutely fanatic! Was running behind with the traffic but they Welcomed and greeted with such a lovely manner, was no bother at all, very clean and fresh as soon as you walk in, felt so comfortable and relaxed through our visit, was more than accommodating!! Highly rate for your gender reveal too! Absolutely magical ❤️
