Absolutely the worst
Absolutely the worst! Please do extensive research before choosing this company contact companies that are currently using this for their POS. With an annual charge of $15,000 for just a small business they make promises about features that are outright lies. We were told their "cloud" system is easily accessible and can be viewed from phones or tablets remotely..this IS NOT TRUE! More often than not standard features that work with most other inventory/accounting software do not work. Be aware this company operates very dishonestly and sign up with them at your peril. If you enjoy spending most of your workday on hold with technical support than this is the right company for your bookkeeping/ inventory needs. I can't even express the disappointment with this company. The salespeople will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to commit to a contract. Just recently upon renewal, I was told when I asked if we had to update all of our computers to Windows 11 that "No, its only just recommended" now after another one of their updates none of my most important time saving features do not work. Tech support said its because I need to update to Windows 11, they cannot help me. DO NOT trust this company! I have worked on this system for years they have been very frustrating years. I will be looking elsewhere for a POS
