Deceptive discounting
You guys are no longer honest about your wine discount codes. These days it seems that every time I apply a code for the discount, over 90% of the wines in my cart appear as ineligible for the discount. Either you change your cagey game to be totally up front, or I shall just buy all my wine from Costco whose pricing is completely transparent.

I bought the case of wine as a gift, and I made sure there were no bottles that would be shipped separately, however, I got an email today that a bottle shipped on it's own without the rest of the case. This was not what I had in mind when purchasing a case.
