Very good customer services and quick delivery
I ordered a single zone cooler, but Jakob informed me the single zone one need to wait for 3-4 weeks, instead of telling me to wait, he sent me a 2 zone cooler without extra fee. I called customer services for a little issue, Jakob called me back straight away and deal with it all within few hours. Very good indeed.
