Best customer service I have come across in a long time. There was a mistake in the product I had ordered - I called and within half an hour I had a promise that they would make a new rack and deliver the replacement the next day, which they duly did. All companies make mistakes - it is how they deal with them that matters. Oh, and the wine rack was great too.
A small project for Wineracks, but they couldn't have been more helpful from first contact, design to instalation and follow up. We converted a downstairs loo into a beautiful oak wine room and even ordering some additional oak boards afterwards was no trouble. Highly recommended.

Edward and Tom helped us with designing and kitting out a wine room in solid pine with an oak stain. It took us a few goes before we landed on our design, but they were very patient with us and had some clever suggestions. The quality of the product is excellent. It really looks stunning. The man who installed it was very knowledgeable and helpful too.

I compared a few companies before deciding who to go with for a larger wine cellar project I was undertaking. I suggest everyone do their own research when undertaking a larger project, however I really appreciated the open approach from wine racks. They helped me plan my project even before I had decided on them. Putting in that little extra care is what made them stand out and helped my final decision.
The price was fair considering the scale of the project. I went for a modular system storing a broad range of bottle sizes. The final result was fantastic, I wish i could put a picture with this review. 5/5 would recommend.
