actually they are not worth for 1 star also very very worst service pls don't spoil your money with them really worst team. They won't give you responses and money only ultimate goal to them. First they will allocate fresher performance marketing person to your ads managing purpose all your meta amount they will spoil it with trial and error basis and whole day you should follow them they won't give any single response this will continue 3 days again they used to tell you taken basic service get premium package service we will assign world best performance marketer they will do best result per day 20 sale you will get like that they will do some mindset change again you have to pay more amount but result was very poor . Don't go with that team they are decent cheater fraud i lost my money with them 15K plus you don't loss your money.

Guys, if you’re here to check reviews of this agency, please be very careful. In my personal experience, their sales team made big promises during onboarding, but after taking the payment, the experience was completely different.
They became difficult to reach, calls were ignored, and instead of focusing on results, I was asked to spend more money by offering their own Meta account for running ads.
If you’re planning to work with them, please do your own research and don’t blindly trust the promises made during the sales process.

Completely Scammed.. they first charge you one time fees and then will ask to run ads from there account then show you some old account where they run ad for themeself and then there manager will talk with you in bad words, I buy there services without checking there reviews this my issue so I got scamed but make sure gusy...

Full scam company. Whatever price you tell them they will be ready to accept because at the end you won't get sales nor they pick your call

They are complete frauds. They give a lot of promises of 10-11X ROI on Meta Ads but when asked for a month’s strategy they have nothing to provide except for excuses. They even run campaigns without any approval. When I asked to cancel the services and refund my money all they did was say “management said we cant”. There is no “management “ and they will force you to take services and not refund any money even though they’ll do no meeting or give you any services. Don’t waste your money on them. We had to file a complain against them for their malpractices and scamming people in the name of providing performance marketing services. Don’t waste your money on them. Their owner doesn’t reply to any messages, their management doesn’t trey to any emails. They’re working with complete idiots in their team.

Absolute frauds. As soon as they received the money they have not shown up for a single meeting. We suspect the reference they provided was fake too. Absolutely horrible and shameless people.

Its shit services do not pay money to them. It's a shit service. Once payment is done, no one is going to answer your call. And ads run, not a proper campaign. Ads are being run on meta. Be very careful from Sakshi and Anushka. Also be very careful from Sujal and Biswajit Dutta. Also, there are scammers and Wings Marketing Agency is a scammer. Also, they do not do their proper work. They promise heaven, but they give us, they give hell. Okay, overpromised, underdelivered agency. Also be very careful from Shanaya as well. She is a Facebook ads manager or like, I don't know what she is, but very poor at her work. Everyone, everyone in Wings is very incompetent and they don't know how to work and how to do the agency. They will call clients, they will attract clients with that very famous viral reel with quote unquote, so beautiful, so elegant, just looking like a walk. They also attracted me with that same thing, but their work is very shit. Don't lose your money giving this worst agency. Look elsewhere, save your money. They are not going to mention what are the payments and like, you know, before onboarding, after you onboard with everything, they will ask you for separate, separate payments and separate, separate charges. So don't trust them. Do not, do not pay them. They are the worst agency. Don't save your money. Do your thing by yourself, but save your money. Do not pay them.

I want to share my experience publicly so that other people do not lose their hard-earned money to this company.

In my experience, this company made big promises such as delivering 8x–10x ROAS and claiming they had multiple “winning products” with proven results. However, after taking payment, the reality was completely different. Most of the claims appeared to be false and misleading.

I would especially advise people to be very careful while dealing with team members named Anuskha and Sakshi. Based on my experience, communication became extremely poor after payment was made. Calls and messages were often ignored, and there was no proper support or transparency provided.

Another major concern was that they allegedly showed fake or manipulated orders on the store to create the impression that products were performing well. This can mislead new business owners into believing the business is profitable when it may not actually be the case.

I strongly recommend that nobody pays even a single rupee without doing complete background verification, checking genuine client reviews, and speaking directly with verified customers. Please do proper research before trusting any promises related to guaranteed ROAS or “winning products.”

I paid around ₹2 lakh for their services, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Despite taking the full amount, they did not complete the work as promised. I feel completely let down by the service and the way the project was handled. If you are considering using this company, make sure you clearly understand what will be delivered before paying.
