ordered a gas block on 12/31 and had it in my hand on 01/05. considering the holiday that was impressive.

No communication. The safety lever for the 365 I ordered was not acceptable. Didn't even take it out of the package. Neither Wing or tyrant who made the part would answer the phone. Finally got reimbursed and they refund the full amount minus about $6. They don't even rate one star. Can't say enough bad about the experience. Got three words for them. GOOD BYE FOREVER

They sent me used very blemished equipment a ar10 grip. Tyrant cnc concept one in grey they advertised the color wrong and when I recieved the product it was very clearly scuffed up and the metal inside the grip was very clearly gouged from being installed previously, I was then told to take it up with the manufacturer as in they dont want to accept the return this is withing 15 minutes of opening the package and informing them.. shop somewhere else.

Ordered an ambidextrous safety for an AR type lower. Fairly fast shipping but it would not fit. This is for a Ruger Precision Rifle which is supposed to take AR parts on the lower receiver. I tried it on 2 of my AR’s which it did fit but the shaft was too long. It would almost go past the stop if pushed it a little more. I contacted them, sent them pictures and described the problem but they said that it was within tolerance. No offer for a free return or exchange it for a different brand and then asked me if they could help with anything else! 😂 Never buy from them again.

I made an impulse buy and only afterward, while I was waiting for it to ship, did I happen to read some bad reviews. Nonetheless, I can report that my item was exactly as described. It arrived on time. It was well packed and I got a good deal. My one inquiry to customer service was responded to within a couple hours.

It's hard to run a business in this era of constant internet scrutiny by whomever had a bad day. My experience was good enough I'm happy to do my part to raise their overall score.

I purchased two of the Aero Precision 8.3" EPC-9 Enhanced 9mm Complete Upper Receivers because my Godfather and I are going to put to EPC 9’s together when I visit him in Florida next month and the price was on par. I was having a difficult time finding two in stock until I came to Wing Tactical. I have to admit, I had never heard of this store/website, so I was a little skeptical but I give them the highest praise now as the communication was prompt, shipping was as fast as expected and they were delivered with no issues. I unboxed the uppers, which were packaged nicely and they both looked great cosmetically. NO COMPLAINTS at all with Wing Tactical!

They advertise products as being in stock, then send you a different product and expect YOU to pay the return shipping charge when you request a refund. They even admitted they didn't have the product in stock after accepting my money and sending me a different product. This is called "bait and switch." Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

I build my own rifles, and when looking for the best parts, at the best prices, I have a list of companies I always check with before purchasing anything. Wing Tactical is always on my list. I've ordered from Wing Tactical several times, and have always been pleased. If I remember correctly, every muzzle device I've ever put on a rifle has come from Wing Tactical. As with most stores, prices are higher for certain items, and lower on others, but they are always competitive. They put items on sale often, and when they do, their prices are unbeatable. They have a large inventory of all the best equipment, and shipping is always cheap. Customer service is a 10 out of 10.
