I requested a £1,450 withdrawal on 11/10/2025 from a ProgressPlay Ltd casino.
After submitting all verification documents twice, I received only the same copy-and-paste replies for four days, with no progress or real explanation.
Even after sending extra proof of transaction, I was told only that the account was “under review.” Later, I got an email saying my complaint could take up to 8 weeks to resolve.
I’ve now escalated this as a formal complaint under Gambling Commission rules and contacted my bank for assistance.
It’s disappointing that players are left without clear communication about their funds
