Frank can/cannon is an utter scam artist
Winncere must not be trusted
Desipte his charming and hobest demeanor
Even made contact with supposed recorded customer satisfaction reviews
All seemed very open and honest
BUT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT INVEST IN THIS
Dangerous………….
Hey, watch out. They will make a lot of promises and offer you delicious treats in return for your money, but once you've paid, you may securely leave. For your own personal gain and benefit For all investors, Good merit, is currently the best platform!
It’s a scam
It’s a scam, simple as.
These oxygen thieves make me vomit, they are your best friend, full of advice and encouragement, then the bastards try and fleece you. The elaborate dashboard “shows” you your trades and to be honest, it all looks good, they even throw you a trade that loses a bit of money now and again, just for authenticity of course, they then set you up for a super trade, a pump n dump as they call it where your investment goes through the roof, mine went to over £1m then when it comes to getting your money out they hit you,£22,000 they wanted me to send them to get my return, I wasn’t the only one though, some in our group were asked for considerably more, then they send demanding emails with threats of legal action or as they put it “ consequences “ lol . Do yourselves a favour and give these clowns a wide birth.

Would still be in this mess but for S'kyst oneadvis'ory. The initial presentation looked professional, but once payment was made, everything changed. Communication became sporadic, timelines kept shifting, and updates were vague or nonexistent. What was supposed to be a smooth process turned into a stressful back-and-forth with very little accountability.
I was scammed by Winncere
I was scammed out of my money by Winncere - the website has been down / unavailable for a long time now, and yet the fake reviews keep popping up on here. They were added to FCA uk website as a company to avoid on 10th June, as they had been operating illegally in the uk - that tells you everything you need to know.
Bleeding 🩸
All wishes could come true, I hope. It has been months since I was able to get my big deposit back. Take a cue from me and use a place that brings you joy. ZYOND WAYS. is the best option.

A total scam don't waist your time and money i made a lot of money but they never pay out and always want more money out of you
These people should be tracked down and prosecuted and money returned to those affected.

I was hesitant at first, but my cousin recommended this platform, so I decided to give it a try. Things seemed fine in the beginning even the security checks felt reassuring. But once I tried to withdraw, everything changed. Delays, excuses, and eventually no access to my funds at all.
Fortunately, I was able to get the right kind of help and managed to get back what I lost. If anyone else is going through the same thing, I’m happy to share how I got it resolved.
The website has vanished, but the fake reviews keep coming
If you saw Sara Harris review 4 days ago (30th June), she mentions that the website disappeared, and yet the fake "glowing reviews" still keep popping up in spite of the fact the website is no more. Also, if you've seen my previous review, you will see that the FCA UK has warned that Winncere is a company to avoid, and cannot legally operate in the UK. The warning appeared on the 10th June this year (2025). The one thing the negative reviews all have in common, is that, after the huge "win", you are then asked to pay a fee ("tax payment" etc.) in order to access your account winnings and then the nightmare begins (i.e. you will never see your money again). I was assured in writing that the investment money from 3 specific trades would be returned following the date of the final one. After paying the "tax payment" my contact mysteriously vanished. Other Winncere staff, then began requesting more money to gain "liquidity" i.e. your money will be frozen until you pay... more money. After the account showed the payment had been received (not to mention it being confirmed on blockchain explorer and the coin exchange) and 2 staff members confirming in writing that it had been received, they then later claimed they had never had it. I will list the company staff names of those I dealt with:
Isaac Baynes, Anna, Norma, Karl, Simon, John. Isaac's name appears alongside Frank's (aka Frank Cannon / Frank Can on multiple TP reviews). This is after I was told Isaac had left the company (he didn't - he carried on working for them). When I asked one of the staff where she was from, she panicked, and said, "everywhere". It is an organisation built on lies and deception - they keep posting fake reviews in a bid to counteract the negative ones (i.e. reviews from the very people they have scammed). There is also now a website (winncere dot online), which has now appeared... offering to help those who have been victims of a crypto scam (the irony), and I imagine its run by the same team.
An Elaborate SCAM
An Elaborate SCAM! Frank Can/Cannon is the lowest form of scum you will ever come across. The scam is where you spend real BTC for numbers on the dashboard, trades are false, leading you to believe your are accumulating wealth, you will be able draw out a small percentage, but like a Ponzi you get money out to create a false sense of confidence and at the end, they implode and they closed down. Total low life scum.
But what goes around comes around and one day these pieces of sht will have what they deserve.
SCAM – Stay Away from Winncere
Winncere is a complete scam. I lost $5,000 trying to protect my father from investing more—money I’ll never see again.
The site looks slick, with fake dashboards, fake profits, and fake reviews. Nearly every 5-star review is from an account that’s only ever reviewed Winncere. It’s obvious they’re bots or burner accounts. Once you deposit money, they’ll show “returns” to lure you in deeper—then ghost you or demand extra fees when you try to withdraw.
No real trades. No transparency. Just manipulation, lies, and theft.
Do not trust anything you see on their site. And if a friend or family member recommends it, know they’ve likely been scammed too.
Report them. Block them. Warn others.
AVOID...AVOID...AVOID
AVOID...Don't have anything to do with Winncere or Frank Can and his collegues as they take your money and invest it over a while through small trades. Then get you to invest more to draw you in but eventually they will get you excited about a big trade and steel your money through a robot and charge you thousands to get it back out!!! Total SCAM
This was a scam
This was a scam. Luckily I only invested a small amount. Frank Can has closed the website now and ran off with everyone's money.
Watch for him in the future, as I'm sure he will operate more scams.
Please stay away from him!!
I was invited to invest in this…
I was invited to invest in this programme by a friend, DO NOT BE TEMPTED , the returns seemed phenomenal, thankfully I only invested a small amounts in this cyber trading “scam”. My friends invested a considerable amounts, then came the “pump and dump” scheme so the Robot can invest for us.
Soon after we all had incredible increases in the investment. Despite attempting to understand, I was none the wiser.
“Frank Can” and “Micheal Breem,” abusive obnoxious bullies would cajole us to invest more. After the apparent rapid increase in our investments we were charged by these individuals to release the investment, contrary to their contract. The whole experience was surreal, no one could withdraw any funds.
Soon to close down their scam and disappear down their rat holes in cyber space. Be warned this is a total scam, luring in naive would be cyber investors. I hold my hands up to being one. I also am appalled at the fake positive reviews on this site, do not risk getting involved.
🚩 Long scam - Do not invest
🚩 Long scam!
I’m intrigued by the con artists attempt to try and create more false positive reviews.
DON’T BE FOOLED! They lure you in at first, become your friends, then the long scams unfolds……NO MONEY AT THE END.
Ask for a FaceTime call, bet you they won’t!
Do not invest with WINNCERE.
I genuinely hope that nobody falls for…
I genuinely hope that nobody falls for this scam. Frank ( definitely not his real name ) is a con man. Ask him to jump on a zoom/teams call ask for an address before you invest, then spend your money investigating this. I feel he is a very sick man that cares nothing about other humans lives and will stop at nothing to steel your money. DO NOT INVEST no matter what he says you will loose you’re money.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE…
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They have scammed £106k from two friends of mine !!! They tried to convince me to invest but I smelled a rat !! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!
Avoid avoid avoidl
Avoid avoid avoid.
If you want proof ask yourself a few questions. No KYCs is this for your benefit or theirs? Ask them for ID (don’t forget they can show anyone’s ID and say it’s them, so get a live FaceTime or video call if they won’t RUN!
If you do get caught up and you and your group are below £100k. Make hay de risk, get in with a small amount, take your stake out in the first 4 weeks. Don’t get greedy like I did and think you have a plan. You don’t after someone on your group hits 100k you can only withdraw 10% per month (this drops to 5% shortly after) the only way you can truly win is don’t get involved.
You have been warned. STAY AWAT TOTAL SCAM.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
If you’re unsure, ask yourself a few simple questions:
No KYC — is that really for your benefit, or theirs?
Ask them for ID. But be smart — anyone can send a stolen ID. Insist on a live FaceTime or video call. If they refuse, RUN.
If you do get involved and your group’s investment is under £100k, proceed with extreme caution. Use only a small amount. Take your initial stake out within the first 4 weeks. Do not get greedy like I did — don’t fool yourself into thinking you have a plan. You don’t.
Once anyone in your group crosses the £100k mark, withdrawals are limited to just 10% per month, and that soon drops to 5%. At that point, you’re trapped.
The only real way to win? Stay out.
You’ve been warned.
STAY AWAY — TOTAL SCAM.
CHEATS,SCAMMERS,CON ARTISTS,PLAIN &…
CHEATS,SCAMMERS,CON ARTISTS,PLAIN & SIMPLE FRAUDSTERS!!

Do not give these low life scumbag people any of your money. They fill you with hope and huge returns that will change your life and your loved ones lives forever!!!!
TRUTH is you will loose your money and line their pockets with your hard earned money. I have been taken and many others I know personally have all been duped.
I hope that KARMA is a thing and that Frank, Luke, Isaac and all the pirates associated with Winncere get it!!!
