Yap..the same..made withdrawal on 21st of sep. All the time excuses, be patient etc...what a bulsh1t..what they need to check? Where some people win, so they can make sure nobody else for future will win..how they can even Think not to pay back..wwtf..is it legal?

Betted £700 won £1225 back it’s now October 25th I withdrew on 24th September and still no where to be seen still says pending withdrawal I emailed them they emailed back saying it’s between 7-21 workin days so I waited now it’s past 21 workin days and still no sight of it, the first time I used the app and won back a smaller amount it came in my bank 3 days later but cause it’s such a large amount they ain’t paying out scamming b**tards man

This is site that shouldn't be accepting UK players yet it does. Suspicious deposits I made made by visa got through 3rd party companies in countries such as Peru and Nigeria that are nothing to do with winner bet site. So money showing on site is probably false which is why players will not receive winnings. Their money is long gone to scam companies in other countries. My banks fraud team has been informed and will be reporting to Gambling Commision .. I strongly advise ALL players affected like myself to report as they are operating fraudently. Contact your bank and Gambling commission. I have had good and not so good experiences with getting sites but this is the first scam site I've come across. Don't bother with chat as they are aware of what they are doing and will only cut you off or give vague response which is not what a reputable company will do. STAY AWAY . Countries they are not allowed to accept are UK.USA CANADA AUSTRALIA SPAIN ITALY AND SWEDEN. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I've got too much to say about it. It's beyond any joke
I've even asked them to close my account but they won't, all I get from chat is them telling me to send a email to daniela who has different email addresses and all because I'm vip I cannot close my account in chat which any other site manages to close accounts from chat, this site just don't make any sense. And those customer service people are so damn rude it's incredible, they close the chat before you've finished what you need to ask and say.

Requested withdrawal a month ago and no payment received. Have spoken to them via the online chat and they cannot give me any information as to when (if) my money will arrive! £865!!!! They just say they've passed it to the finance dept and they'll get back to me!! I see that the parent company has now been blacklisted. I'm so upset and angry!!

It’s shocking what this site is getting away with thankfully I never deposited that much but owed 1000 in winnings since 31st of march I know I’m never getting those winnings when I contacted them about what’s happening I got fobbed off with excuses said it was still getting looked into etc I then sent them an email about all the negative reviews and other people not getting winnings and was thinking of taking action against the website ( I’m not ) never got a reply shocker

They still operate and scam people,nothing is changed just they’re website I requested withdrawal of 999£ on 2february and they flaged it as high risk by mestake with no explanation after 3months of waiting and bunch of complaints,now i had to request another withdrawal wich will probably be the same again I wouldn’t boder if i would win from my first deposit but i spend a lot before got to win something i cant cash out

Following on from my previous review I’ve received an promotional email from them today at 11.25 now I tried to email back and still bounced back so I’m wondering whether they have had a glitch to be still sending emails through there system?

I won £800 last weekend so was awaiting g my withdrawal managed to get in contact with someone called Kate who told be that it had been approved and was just waiting to transfer to my account! I was able to access account until Friday afternoon! So now can’t email as it bounces back or access the site 🥲🥲 and £800 out of pocket!!!

Waited from 14th February to get my money and never got it. They sent me an email last night to say I'd made a fraudulent withdrawal and they'd put the money back into my gaming account. However this morning this site doesn't seem to exist and I'm now out of pocket by £180.
