Don't Trust on this company all are scammers I opened already account but company office located in Mumbai so don't trust on this company

If you love your hard earned money, don't open account with them. If you see any positive reviews of this company Winvesta which is located in mumbai. All reviews online are fake reviews.

I opened my USA LLC company account with them.
Might be possible you are not able to see negative reviews, because they have hired some 3rd party company who is expert in removing negative reviews of companies online and they have improved there reputation.

These are scammers, i asked them where is my money which was approximately $1700. They saying that they will return this money back to clients. Without permission and without acknowledgement of account owner how can they return money to clients.
Financial institutions cannot keep the money.

They have stolen my $1700, also closed my legitimate business account which any notice or anything by saying that, it comes out of risk risk appetite. Now they have blocked any incoming mails from my company. Not responding to calls or emails.

One of his executive name is Rohan, who is good in building relations with clients till the account opening and till the time account is active. He is also included with Swastik Nigam (Scammer) who is the owner of winvesta.

Big big fraud happened with my funds. Please it's a humble request don't open any account with winvesta.

This is a very reasonable platform for using money transfer services in non Indian currency(USD and EUR) to India.
However, the banks regulations and purpose code follow up hells and hoops in India that you are exposed to after using the services is not worth the extra bucks you save.

I had been using the services for 6 months for a few of my monthly payments. Not even one of my payments received has been a smooth ride. The Indian banks and the documentation to submit for those inward remittances has been nothing sort of harrassment.

As a small business owner, this has been the worst experience of nightmarishingly getting money. Being harrassed by regulations and documentation submission as if being a business owner, I have done some crime.

In all these, I would like to mention that the follow up and support from Rohan from Winvesta has been helpful to calm my nerves.

But businesses like mine can't run on roadblocks given by the Indian regulation and compliance ecosystem that Winvesta doesn't solve.

Instead of this I would suggest people to use Payoneer. I know its costly, but its been worth my saving of headaches and countless hours of useless followups for compliance.
