They said i vould spin a wheel with a deposit.. so i deposited.. they did not give me my wheel. Then i get an email saying i got access too a cash drop. Guess what? NOTHING. This company is dodgy in every way possible. Customer service have even been ignoring me. Do not trust them!!
I sigh in the casino yesterday and I win around 2700£ but is not allowing me withdraw the money because is max win and I need to contact customer support. I send them few emails but i get the same respond is obvious that is not written by person. Can any ine tell me what should I do
The user interface is very slow and reminiscent of a website from 2001.
The biggest issue is the verifying process.
How can big casino companies like William Hill, Bet365, Betfred, etc. accept the document you provide them but winwindsor consider it inadequate?
Also, they only respond to you ONCE a day. Think about that. An unknown casino site only responds to its customers once a day. I'm finding this out the hard way.

They just keep rejecting my documents yet other sites are happy with them why they didnt ask for this before i put a deposit on there is no live chat so have to wait 24hrs all the time to get a reply
Been trying to get my account verified for two weeks now and they keep making up excuses why they cannot verify my account, I have sent them everything they have asked for and more. (Updated) Finally got my account verified today after 2 weeks of trying ,I will update on how long they take to process my withdrawal.( updated) . Now been over a week since I have been trying to withdraw. They have cancelled my withdrawal twice without even sending a explanation why they are cancelling my withdrawal.(Updated) Have now received a email from them asking me to make a deposit with a bank card. I used netteller to make deposit so they should be able to transfer using netteller.Updated. Now my balance of 2000 euros has disappeared from my account they are saying I withdrew it ? Waiting for them to send me proof of this magical transaction that only happened on their end . I am now in contact with the Alderny gambling control commission who hold their licence to see if they will do something about this.Updated . After alot of emails I finally got paid.
Terrible gaming site (owned by jumpman gaming).
They happily accept deposits without requesting ID/verification check. As soon as you want to withdraw, they suddenly 'need' to re-verify you, and they ask for all sorts of documents/ID/payment card proof etc.
This is against the regulations (they are meant to verify you at the earliest opportunity, and it should not impede the withdrawal process).
Based on reading the many review on trust pilot for jumpman gaming, I decided to log a complaint through Resolver straight away. Doing this, I was able to get withdrawal reasonably quickly. However, I had to do it in two withdrawals (another violation of the regulations), which cost me twice the withdrawal fee (2X£2.50), why they even charge a fee is beyond me.
DO NOT EVER SIGN UP TO CASINOS OWNED BY JUMPMAN GAMING. They are clearly using tactics to try to delay your withdrawal in the hope that you gamble it all away.
Gambling commission clearly isn't interested in penalising companies like this since based on all the reviews, this has been going on for a long time and they are still operating like a scam.
This company are a complete joke ,,nearly everytime u win thay want more ID even though u have sent all ur ID,,, thay want to take ur money but don't want to pay out
Make it incredibly difficult to withdraw winnings - withdrawal software is pathetic
£5 maximum bet on 20p roulette
£25 maximum bet on most roulette games
They happily take your money until you want to withdraw winnings - this to me is unethical
I have had issues with withdrawing funds from my account. This is the fourth week from my first contact with them and the issue still hasn't been resolved. They offer such poor customer service, you will not receive any communication for at least 24-48 hours after you first email them. I'm still waiting for a response from my last email which was sent 6 days ago although i have sent them one everyday chasing!
I have received the same email 4 times from them as if its automatically generated not sent from a human.
I'm not sure if my account has even been fully verified as I have never received communication saying it has been. Its only £450 from my first deposit of £90!
I've used several different casinos and have never had this trouble.

I have reported this issue to the british gambling commision and am currently awaiting their assistance
