I have sent emails and left several telephone messages and I have still received no reply.. I haven’t even received a confirmation email regarding an order though the money has been taken from my account.. still waiting for my goods which I ordered many many weeks ago now.. my next step I guess is to contact my bank and see if I can have the money returned..

I left an email on the day I did the order asking to change one of the sizes and add another hoodie onto it.. I also left a message on your answering machine many many times

I ordered a fleece for work and unfortunately when it came it was too big.
I followed the instructions on the website and returned the parcel along with 2 emails explaining I had done so.
This was over 2 weeks ago and since then I have been unable to contact this company by phone or received a reply VIA email.
It seems impossible to get in touch with any body,
I just want a smaller fleece like stated on the return or a refund.
The customer experience is very poor from the company.

Purchased and paid for a NHS fleece on the 7th November and i still haven't received my order.
Emailed them twice with no reply.
Rang several times but just goes on to answer machine saying you are unable to leave a message as the box was full.
I cant understand the delay as the fleece i ordered didn't need embroidering.
Very disappointed, poor customer service.
Wont be buying from them again!!!

I am only leaving a review here because they have deleted the (very factual) review on their site - feel this says it all!
Ordered M fleece, based on the sizing listed. When it arrived it was significantly larger (as in 2xl in measurements as compared to what they had listed). We tried to contact the company, through the contact portal, email and telephone for almost two weeks. I then posted to their social media asking how to contact and then heard back. They sent me a size chart stating it is clear on their website - it is entirely different measurements to that on their website. I sent a screenshot of the sizing listed, to be told that is wrong. They also implied that I was confused and couldn’t understand cm vs inches.
I do understand that personalised items are non refundable, and but the sizes are completely inadequate, making the item unfit for the intended purpose.
The customer service received was terrible, and deleting a poor review is just unacceptable when it is factual.
This is absolutely not personal against the company and it’s unfortunate they see it as such, but things need to improve if you are going to provide good products and good customer service.
Unfortunately I would not recommend this company due to the above experiences.

I recently made an order with Wipeout Workwear having used their site before for B2B. #10344

Ordering online was simple, as we had picked a t-shirt bundle with a logo template that we liked, however upon receipt of our order we found that the items were completely wrong and were not as described online.

I contacted the customer service team via email and phone, and they quickly told us there was nothing they could do, although clearly, the items we received were completely wrong and not as ordered online. The employee from Wipeout basically told us it was our own fault, and that we have no chance of receiving either a refund or even a replacement, as I had explained we were willing to return the wrong items in exchange for what we had ordered and paid c£170 for. I also provided evidence of what we ordered against what actually came but to no avail.

Having used this company before we are extremely disappointed in the poor customer service and after sales care, and at this stage we have no other option but to raise this with our bank to try and retrieve funds for items that were produced wrong at no fault of our own.

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY SEND INCORRECT ITEMS AND THEN BLAME THE CUSTOMER.

Ordered our workwear with Wipeout, great quality & price. Really good customer service, logo mockup was provided for approval before they started the order. Order was delivered within 7days. Would highly recommend.

I recently ordered some custom embroidered clothing from Wipeout Creations and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team at Wipeout Creations was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, from helping me choose the right colors and design to providing updates on the status of my order.

The quality of the embroidery work is top-notch and the clothing looks even better in person than they did in the digital mock-up. The attention to detail is truly impressive and it's clear that the team at Wipeout Creations takes great pride in their work.

Overall, I would highly recommend Wipeout Creations to anyone looking for high-quality, custom embroidery work. Their customer service is outstanding and the finished product exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

Ordered two fleeces for my partner and I, we work in different hospitals which was clear on our order. Fleeces arrived with incorrect hospital name on my fleece, have attempted to contact via Facebook, phone, email prior to the bank Holiday weekend which have all gone unanswered, shocking customer service, happy to take your money but not to correct their errors

Hi I received a hoodie with my trust name printed on it .I received within few days of delivery which was great but when I wore it I noticed the inside of the hoodie is full of lint and is all over my clothes now which is very disappointing .If you could please do something about that it would be grateful

AVOID this company. Was really hoping for a good experience, however be VERY CAREFUL when ordering, their website is at best a mess, they have multiple size charts that conflict with each other accessed from the same front page for an item. They ignored the first 2 emails we sent, one through the site and one one direct. Sent screenshots of the issue but they not interested, in fact once again never answered the final request for help and support, will put a write up about this on our internal NHS intraweb. DO NOT BUY or if you do don't expect any support with issues. £25 wasted

Update - the reply below again is factually wrong, what a surprise as you can't get your website right. Stop trying to convince people you care by lying you HAVE HAD 3 emails - Cara emailed back from one to us on the 13th Oct?- Check your emails from a markrowley2206@...... We know the item is personalised, that's why we carefully measured and ordered based on the chart we first came across, one that should not even be on the page for NHS fleeces. This just highlights your lack of care or as it seems incompetence. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USES THIS COMPANY.

Brought a navy fleece embroidered with works logo fabulous well worth money .will buy again
