Hard to cancel the subscription
Hard to cancel the subscription. No good.
Otherwise ok software but would not use again based the difficulty of getting out of the subscription where they have your card on file.

Simply an incredible application.
I've been paying for Wipersoft since 2018 and I've had a great experience by far.
Scanning with the application is so snappy, and doesn't slow your computer to a crawl unlike conventional antivirus programs.
The privacy policy is awesome, sticking to legitimate interest only.
It has detected more Potentially Unwanted Programs than Malwarebytes, Zemana or any other major security tool.
It's especially good at super-cookies or malicious browser extensions, compatible with anything, it makes a great addition to your current security solution.
Does it find everything? No.
Does it have false positives? Yes.
Can the marketing be seen as questionable to those skeptical of adware/PUA's? Absolutely.
But even with these flaws, this application has saved my own, my family's and my friend's computers on so many occasions.
I would throw this application at anything with full confidence that it'll resolve my issue in minutes.
As for my experience with support? I've never spoken to kinder support people, ever.
Tool doesn't do it's job? They'll resolve the issue for you right away.
Program is too expensive? I was given a 70% discount simply because I asked for one.
Have a feature suggestion? My suggested fixes were added to the program in less than 2 days.
Speaking over the phone with them is so pleasant too! A lot of enthusiastic, young people which make your voice feel cared for.
This small program deserves more positive attention.
I promise you won't be disappointed.
