Fast and simple ordering system
Fast and simple ordering system. Pricing is fair compared to the quality they deliver.
An easy way to make sure your files and documents are correct is handed by the selection of a quality check by a Wir-Machen-Druck specialist.
I previously ordered in the Netherlands, but since the prices of some products are twice as much as WMD and the quality is the same, I prefer our Nachbar to produce and deliver my orders!

Very bad long term customer relationship
Very bad : they provide us samples and change the samples without noticing the customer. Of course we don't get what we ordered because we don't know that they change the paper of the product (not a small change, a big change, a small change is of course acceptable!). And we become a very short answer :
"Bei unseren Mustern und Produkten halten wir uns immer das Recht der Änderung vor. Dies ist nun in diesem Fall leider so, dass wir unser Recyclingpapier geändert haben."
Of course our client didn't want to pay us because this is not what he ordered in the sample book. Why are we guilty and have to pay for this? We did absolutely nothing wrong !
This is very bad client experience considering the amount of orders we do...We are very disappointed and will drastically reduce our orders if nothing is being done.

Wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie mit dem Papier nicht einverstanden sind.
In unseren Musterbüchern ist vermerkt, dass es bei den Papieren jederzeit zu Änderungen kommen kann. Da Ihnen ein älteres Musterbuch vorlag, war in diesem noch ein anderes Recyclingpapier beigelegt, welches in der Zwischenzeit ausgetauscht wurde. Dies tut uns sehr leid.
Um auf Ihren Unmut einzugehen, möchten wir uns nochmals per E-Mail bei Ihnen melden. Sicherlich finden wir für diesen fall eine Lösung.
