I'm absolutely appalled by the customer…
I'm absolutely appalled by the customer service that I received today by a lady on the phone. Her complete lack of empathy towards me and my specials needs whilst trying to order a mobility scooter was just not acceptable. I have a slight speech impediment and she constantly kept telling me to ''get to the point'' and ''spit it out''. I've left this phone call feeling absolutely devastated, down and completely besides myself. Something needs to be done with this as its clearly bad for the business and for peoples mental health.
